Hospital is clean and all the nurses are really kind and welcoming. My surgeon came to see me twice a day and made sure I was comfortable. Communication is good as well. Would recommend. Date of experience: 25 April 2023

I am happy that I chose Medaway to have a rhinoplasty, the communication is brilliant, the transfer was easy to find and all the staff in the hospital are really friendly and helpful, the nurse visited daily at the hotel after discharge to ensure everything was ok and I had enough dressings and ice packing, I’m due to have my cast removed today and can’t wait to see the results, would definitely recommend Medaway for anyone choosing to have rhinoplasty

I honestly cannot fault the service I received with Medaway. From start to finish, everything was very smooth. The nurses and staff couldn’t do enough for me. Everyone was very professional and I cannot fault the service I received. Even when I was discharged to the hotel. The nurses on hand in the hotel, Irem and Hakan were brilliant nothing was too much trouble and put my mind at ease.

Everything was perfect. hospital, coordinators and hotel team. Hakan and Irem, who were with me whenever I wanted, were amazing... Medaway you are amazing...
