Couldn’t recommend highly enough! Dr Iqbal was highly professional and thorough in his assessment, whilst providing a relaxed, judgement-free atmosphere in which I felt as if my concerns were being listened to and understood. This is only my first month of treatment, but I’m already seeing a life-changing improvement in my adult ADHD symptoms and can’t imagine where I might have ended up if I’d carried on going the way I was before. If you’re looking at a year-long waiting list like I was, then it really is a no-brainer. Worth every penny!

I am a 41 year old man and was quite nervous about seeking an ADHD diagnosis. Dr Iqbal is very friendly and the whole process was carried out over a video chat. I couldn’t be happier with the whole process, treatment plan, outcome and after care. Literally life changing. I was so nervous ahead of my appointment but Dr Iqbal was calm, warm and friendly and made it easy to share things I’ve been too embarrassed to speak about before. I was able to speak with complete honesty because there was no judgement, only understanding and reasons for these behaviours. I owe Dr Mohiuddin my life! Without his help and understanding I would still be addicted to prescription painkillers. I was so close to losing my job and to my life falling apart. Dr Mohiuddin has been able to provide me with long-term help and I’m now 80% of the way to not taking any medication at all. He doesn’t judge and doesn’t try to rush the process. I have felt in control of my rehabilitation at all times, with the knowledge I had the support I so badly needed.

I’ve been with Dr Iqbal for a year now and have not regretted it! I couldn’t believe my luck when I found all these glowing reviews and luckily, I can confirm that it was not too good to be true. He is always so warm and understanding whenever I speak with him. In particular, I remember feeling so nervous before my assessment, but he made sure I felt comfortable from the very moment he walked in the room and just let me speak. Having been to see a few specialists in my time, I have never connected with someone like I have Dr. Ikbal. He has shown me patience, understanding and taught me how to manage situations and think differently. I feel like a different person since seeing him and truly believe he helped me on the path to changing my life for the better.

Like most people in the UK, I was staring down the barrel of a 2/3 year waiting list for an ADHD assessment. After a lot of research, I committed to pursuing a private diagnosis. I reached out to IamPsychiatry and they instantly felt like the right group to go with. 3(ish) months since I found them, after a lot of work, I am diagnosed, medicated and doing really well. Dr. Iqbal has really helped me. Having struggled for years through long wait times with the NHS (most recently being advised up to 5 years for an ADHD assessment), Dr. Iqbal has been a life saver. I managed to secure an appointment within a matter of weeks. On meeting face to face, he was very caring, friendly and understanding. At no point did I feel uncomfortable or pressured to share/hide anything in particular. Just completely natural, and the more I spoke and the more he listened/asked the right questions, the more things made sense. I am 4 weeks since my initial appointment, and the treatment plan that Dr. Iqbal agreed with me has honestly changed my life for the better in so many ways. My experience with Dr Iqbal has been nothing short of amazing! After struggling to cope with many aspects of life for over 30 years, I was very nervous prior to my appointment with Dr Iqbal but I really didn’t have anything to be concerned about as he was so friendly, understanding, and professional. The whole process from booking my appointment to receiving my diagnosis and treatment for ADHD was very simple. Dr Iqbal was recommended to me by a family member and I am so grateful for such a good recommendation! My ADHD assessment was brilliant and although getting a private diagnosis is expensive (and it’s a huge privilege to be able to afford it) I would do it again in a heartbeat.
