Support & attendance : Friendly, attentive staff, large, comfortable waiting room with TV (playing visually appealing nature documentaries, not daytime TV) magazines, free hot/cold drinks and snacks. Plentiful & clean toilets. Easy 7 minute walk from Regents Park tube station. Local cafes within same sort of distance. Medical & surgical side of things - top quality. High communication, making sure you understand every aspect clearly before moving on, and excellent post operation and post appointment follow up. Serious & detailed testing, with good communication as to what & why. No patronisation, and very good indeed with fear & anxiety. The ONLY negative is that because of this very personal attention, sometimes appointments run late and you need to wait a little longer for yours, but as everyone gets this level of attention, including you, it is absolutely worth it.

Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking to correct their vision! Full of exceptionally experienced and friendly staff who make you feel welcomed the moment you walk into the clinic. At first I was very nervous about undergoing LASIK, but all the steps for the surgery were explained so thoroughly and meticulously by Dr Carp that I no longer felt nervous on the days leading up to the surgery. During the actual surgery, I didn't have any anxiety and was extremely comfortable throughout the whole procedure due to the amazing hospitality of Dr Carp and his staff. I had such a wonderful time at this clinic and will recommend it to everyone I know!

A totally professional experience right from my first visit for laser surgery in March 2023. I was talked through the entire experience of the surgery itself and felt very comfortable. The aftercare has been very good, appointments always on time and it is good to get a pre examination check before each appointment which provides an opportunity to raise any concerns or issues before you meet with the opticians. I deliberated for a long time about where to get my laser eye surgery, and in the end opted for London Vision Clinic because of the reviews and the clear pricing structure. Even though the up-front costs seemed higher, I feel happy that there are no hidden costs, as all follow-up care is included in the price. I have been very happy with my care from start to finish, and I appreciated the peaceful and comfortable environment of the clinic and all the professionals and staff I was in contact with. London Vision Clinic were absolutely incredible. My surgeon Mr Darshak Patel was very professional and answered all questions I had and put my mind at ease before my SMILE surgery.
