great professional, cozy place

I WAS WELL TREATED AND TAKEN CARE OF. THE FOLLOW UP WAS ALSO GREAT. I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU .

Waited 20 mins in the waiting room to pay while I was in a rush to get back to work. I asked repeatedly and they kept taking others who finished after me before serving me. Not cool for a private service. Additionally, I was not contacted with the final result of my tests - just got sent some lab results that I'm supposed to decipher.

Very helpful with my issues

after not having a proper diagnosis for a while, the doctor I saw here gave me hope that I would be able to have children while also helping me with an actual diagnosis (completely different from what other doctors had said). Excellent clinic! I visited for the first time and saw Ms Flemming and I couldn’t be happier. As a person who is super scared of gynecologic examination I was surprised of how positive the experience was, Ms Flemming and the wonderful nurse were so kind and calm and gentle. Highly recommend Ms Flemming. I am very glad I found the clinic, thank you very much for the quality care you give, much appreciated.

Dr Phadnis is fantastic, he truly cares about his patients. He has a very calm demeanor and made me feel extremely comfortable. Managed to squeeze me in for an emergency follow up at last minutes notice. Highly recommend.

The hospital was clean and easy to find, and the appointment was quick-ish, but the follow up was very disappointing. I went private as I travel a lot and couldn't wait for a scan through the NHS because I wanted my results very quickly. When I initially booked my appointment, I was told the results would take around 10 days, I called the reception to confirm and the handler confirmed that this was accurate. I also asked the doctor and she confirmed this. I was eager to get my results before leaving the UK, but it took longer than 10 days. When I emailed the clinic to find out why, the respondent said that the doctor was at an event. Ridiculous considering I paid nearly 1000 GBP for this fast track service. In the end, I waited nearly 1 month for my final results, so it made no difference at all going private, and feels like a waste of my money.
