For anyone thinking about a hair transplant I would definitely recommend contacting HHC Clinics. I was pretty nervous on the day but that soon subsided once the procedure was underway. It is a very relaxing atmosphere and I was able to chat away with Dr Bauer the whole time whilst she and her assistant worked on my hair. It might sound a little strange to say that I had a really good time whilst being operated on, but they were both so nice and we had such great conversation throughout the two days that most of the time I felt more like I was at the barbers having my hair cut than, well... at the clinic having my hair "cut". When I wasn't in the surgery room I was being looked after by the lovely Kat (who had also been my liaison leading up to the procedure). When ever I would phone up with a question or a request (such as changing a booking or dos and donts post op) Kat would promptly sort things out for me. On the day I arrived Kat was there to greet me and was very attentive.

Dr Ali at HHC was very honest with me. Due to my life long medical conditions he advised that it wouldn’t be wise for me to undergo a hair transplant. If I were fit and healthy then no problem. I appreciated the honesty and focus on duty of care over business profits.

I was very satisfied when I discovered the clinic HHC in Nottingham which was treated my varicose veins. The results are visible. I myself satisfied with the brilijant results. Very good service, very good staff Dr. Steven Goode professional in his work highly recommend for family and friends. The English language was of great help to me, because I am in Lithuanian they provided a translator, Regina Kazlauskaitė, who works in this clinic. 100 points for them for the good work. I was very fortunate enough to have made contact with this company to make initial enquiries. The reception staff were very helpful and arranged that I receive a call back consultation with a clinical specialist - Claire. Clear, clinically appropriate advice was provided. Claire kindly referred to Dr Goode, who again provided further succinct advice and advised what actions to take next. Extremely efficient, so kind and considerate. If I or my family were looking for treatments that are the speciality of HHC, then we would look no further. Professionalism and kindness mean a lot in this world. Thank you team.

I cannot thank Dr Bauer and Amrit enough. I was extremely nervous at the start of the procedure and they put me at ease and reassured me about each step of the process. Amongst the best customer service I've ever received, they were conversational and professional. They managed to keep most of my existing hair in tact so my transplant is completely discreet. Dr Ali and Saffy were also excellent in the initial consultation, and I've received fantastic after care from the team. Highly recommended and can't thank Dr Bauer, Amrita, Dr Ali and Saffy enough.

The end to end experience was really positive - not only was the sales process relaxed and informal (we left it almost 12 months between 1st conversation and booking), but the experience on the day was incredibly professional and seamless. Pain was minimal (although the local anaesthetic is unpleasant). I’m 6 months in, and in theory half way through the results. If the finished product stayed as it was today, I’d have my moneys worth. Super happy, couldn’t recommend enough!

I would highly recommended HHC. I had a FUE transplant in March 2021, which involved 2,500 grafts. Dr Krishnan is an extremely skilled practitioner and I’m delighted with the results. All my friends, family and work colleagues have been very complementary about the results and 18 months on I can say I definitely made the right decision. The aftercare from all the team including Venessa was great as well.

Had the thermage in January the results are amazing .The staff are so knowlagable with lots of after care advice . All the staff are very professional from the minute you walk in the door. The treatment for me was relaxing and the results looked fantastic would defiantly recomend all round perfection Thank you HHC

Having researched extensively for the past 3 months myself and a friend finally decided to take the plunge and opted for HHC with Dr Krishnan & team. From the very first consultation with Kevin right through to the actual procedure and the days following the whole experience was first class. The entire HHC team are friendly, professional and instilled confidence from start to finish. My experience with Dr Ali was extremely positive. He was very attentive and explained everything in detail. Furthermore, he was not pushy at all and did not rush when assessing me or going through management plans. He also took into consideration me being a student and was very helpful when it came to talking through costings. Great service. Will be back shortly!
