Very happy with the service provided both by the DR and receptionist. I've been a patient at this DRS for years and this is the best service I've ever received!

Headlands Surgery has been a frustrating place at times for me with its phone on the day appointments system which seldom seemed to work. But last week I phoned the surgery for an appointment, expecting failure, but to my surprise and delight I was given an appointment with Dr Iqbal a few days later, which was today. The appointment was very positive, on time, and Dr Iqbal, who was new to me, had read my notes, was informed so I didn’t have to start from scratch, listened, and was very solution focussed and came up with a helpful plan of onward referrals and actions. I was very grateful for his positive intervention and left feeling optimistic that my issue will be resolved.

Seen by dr Daniel darko, he was excellent. Very informative and showed great interest in what I was saying. Made me feel very confident and aware of what the next steps are. Thank you dr darko.

I find it very hard to get an appointment to see a Dr face to face and had been trying for a few days from 8am to obtain one with no success. On the 3rd day I managed to get a slot for an online consultation which from there I had a telephone assessment booked for a few days later. After the initial wait I was very pleased to receive a call from a Dr that was very thorough and did not rush me through my consultation. All of my results were explained and gone into in detail and treatment going forward arranged. Wonderful service from over stretched medical staff, greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Great service from Dr Hartley today. She was extremely supportive and explained things well. She clarified everything that I asked about and took time to listen to me. Brilliant Doctor.

Today I visited the surgery for my appointment with Dr Durrani who has been my GP for the last 13 years. It was such a pleasure to discuss with a doctor who new my past history. It would be nice that the follow up system would intergrate the personal touch touch in its records

When i see a GP at my surgery the service is usually good. Today, the service was professional, caring and extremely thorough. I could not have expected for any more. I feel that i was taken seriously and my concerns addressed. Relevant diagnostic tests were organised and i feel really reassured that if there is an underlying problem it will be uncovered. Excellent service from this caring GP.

Receptionists are trying their hardest, Lauren particularly was extremely helpful to me recently, whilst working with a broken arm! HCA who did my NHS health check was also lovely and friendly. Their e-consult service is fantastic.

I have not yet visited the surgery yet medically but I am giving 5 stars to the lovely lady on reception Debbie. I went in to join the surgery and needed an urgent appointment due to a dog attack, Debbie was extremely kind and helpful and went above and beyond to get me signed up as quickly as possible she also followed up with a call to get me booked in for my 2 needed appointments. Thank you so much Debbie! x

I have to say my experience with my elderly mum around a difficult problem was resolved smoothly due to the proactive and kind way Jane handled my enquiry from beginning to end, including following up to ensure the issue had been handled and resolved. I cannot praise her highly enough for being so caring and thorough. She is a credit, along with Angela, to this practice. I hope this gets recognised. Many thanks.
