I was very happy with the service and care offered by the team at the Chelsea Outpatient Centre, where I had my wrist MRI in June 2023. Mr. S Olivera, who was the radiologist assisting me in the process, has offered plenty of information and made sure I am comfortable and fully supported while carrying out the MRI. I was a bit apprehensive and him going that extra mile for me made my patient experience a lot better and I can't thank him enough.

Called about my appointment with Diana Armstrong, I was feeling quite nervous as haven’t used the service before but Helen (reception) was really reassuring and just made the whole experience much more human and less daunting. I would happily recommend to friends.

I spoke with an utterly charming bookings lady, Helen I believe. She was so respectful and warm it really made my day. I was having a horrible morning so I was really appreciative of her kindness.

Suzanne Halliday is the best GP I've seen and Helen in Bookings was a delight. I felt very looked after.

Had an amazing appointment for an EMG/ nerve conduction study over 8 weeks ago now. The physiologist who performed the test was just great, Honestly I really do recommend what also made the experience very pleasant was the lovely lady working the departments check in desk. Thanks Vitality & Alliance for setting it all up. I would Recommend all three of you without hesitation
