Dr Harris was simply brilliant! His approach is authentic, informative and calm. He made me aware of all the options open to me and advised against any hasty decisions. There was absolutely no pressure to move forward with any form of treatment. I feel that he had my best interests at the forefront of his mind. The advice he provided was excellent and based across a long-term approach to hair management/treatment. I will be progressing to meet with Dr Harris face to face to discuss my options further. If you’re thinking of any kind of any hair treatment I would 100% recommend that you contact Dr Harris and his team.

I had my transplant 2 years ago in February 2021. The experience from start to finish was really great. I have fine thin hair and was a norwood 5/6 so I wasn't the best candidate to start. I had shaved my head for 25+ years since my mid twenties so I had a realistic view of what to expect. The surgery itself was painless and at times I felt like dozing off, I had a tv with netflix to watch during the procedure which passed the time. The staff who took it in turns to place the hairs were professional and reassuring throughout. The cleanliness of the operating room was absolutely spotless. Dr Harris was very professional and really knew his stuff, he didn't pressure me at any time and explained where the hairline would go and what to expect after treatment. I'm 2 years on now and am happy with how it looks, I would definitely recommend Dr Harris to anyone considering a transplant in in the UK.

Dr Harris was very honest with me regarding my situation and didn’t rush me into having a transplant but instead helped me plan long term so that I didn’t regret my decision. I will be taking Finasteride for a few months to review its effectiveness and if it works I’ll definitely be getting the Op done with Dr Harris! Would recommend

Dr Harris, we're very helpful and very honest about my situation and did his upmost to provide me with a true and actuate picture of my situation especially as I suffer from serve hair loss at such a young age. I had a telephone consultation with Dr Harris today regarding my thinning hair (mainly on the crown, I am a 57 year old woman). What a lovely man - I thought my only option would be to have a hair transplant but Dr Harris advised a way forward with that as a last option. I had a 40 min consultation with Dr Harris where we talked through my thinning and the options available to me. It was very informative and helpful in framing what I want right now and in to the future. There was absolutely no sales pitch or rush to talk about a procedure or money changing hands - only honest advice and a sounding board for what options there are.

Had an initial free consultation with Dr Harris who provided me with me very friendly, insightful and honest advice about my situation and what options are available to me. You can tell that he is very knowledgable and experienced in what he does. There was absolutely no pressure to commit to any treatment either.

If you’re after a magical solution or guarantees, you’ve come to the wrong place. What Dr Harris will offer you is a good dose of reality check, pondered decisions, and advantages/disadvantages for every decision you might take, things that Dr Google forgot to mention. I had a honest and ethical approach, and came out from the consultation with my own plan, completely different from the one I initially had in mind. Dr Harris is about shared and informed decisions, no tricks, no hidden information between the lines. If (more like when) I decide for my FUE, I cannot think of anyone else I rather trust my precious scalp.

Dr Harris was super understanding and easygoing for a relaxed consultation over video call. No fluff info about the best plan. And no hard/high pressure selling either, very honest with all the necessary info, answered all my questions.

Amazing service. Totally professional, but totally friendly at the same time. No, it's not the most pleasurable experience in life (!) - but I certainly trust Harris and his team 100%, and a few days of not feeling great is worth it. I seriously wouldn't look elsewhere.

I've just had a very informative talk with Dr Harris, He certainly put my mind at rest, it was a whats app face to face call which i was a bit apprehensive about but it proved to have answered any questions or doubts i had. If you're struggling with hair loss (like myself) then Dr Harris is the man to talk to. Informal, yet professional, he will lay out all the options on the table and then discuss them with you at length. At no point is there any sense of salesmanship. Just very useful information and advice. The same is true of Andrew (the patient coordinator) again, very friendly, yet very professional and willing to answer ANY questions. Many thanks to you both.
