10/10 I couldn’t have hoped for a better service for such a big decision with getting a hair transplant from Tony Owen at Hair Transplant Solutions. I considered getting this procedure done for years but was apprehensive due to my lack of knowledge & the amount of companies offering services. I reached out to Tony early last year & it was one of the best things I have ever done. He talked me through every step of the way answering all of my many questions then designing the hair line to give it a really natural look & then giving you a full itinerary with regards to the travel details & all the pre & post after care. The level of detail provided was second to none. I would have been genuinely lost without this oversight & expertise provided by Tony who is a genuinely great Guy. He does all the work for you to ensure you know exactly what to do all the way through which avoids many of the potential pitfalls which could happen without this sort of experience & it is an absolute no braine

Travel arrangements and hotel was fantastic. Everyone at the hospital was really polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend getting the chaperone service. Tony's experience and knowledge makes everything alot easier and less stressful. Hardest part is sleeping after.

From the airport and onwards the chaperone Tony was amazing and Informative, I was put at ease, he was really friendly and reasuring at all times. Top bloke. The hotel was of a very good standard. The clinic staff were fantastic, again reasuring and took any worries away. The operation felt like it was an hour long, thats how relaxed I was. Yes I looked a bit silly with the bandages and band on, but in a few months time I know how good I will look. Clinic looks state of the art, even the shuttle to the hotel and back is good. This is the one place I can say, I won’t be setting foot in there again,ha. Nice experience, went really quick too. More than happy.

A big thing for a lot of people to go through and a lot of trust is needed. Tony was fantastic throughout the entire process. Made everything so very easy and helped ease the concerns and eliminated any worries of trust. Extremely well looked after and the clinic was very clean and modern. Chaperone all the way and transfers from airport to clinic to hotel and back again. Honestly, if I thought it would have been this easy, I would have done it long ago. I will update when the hair has had time to develop but if it is like the service so far, I am surely on to a winner.

Tony was great from start to finish and put me at ease with all the answers to my questions. He kept in touch throughout my trip and even spoke to the Doctor in Istanbul after my pre-op consultation to make sure everything was perfect. The clinic itself is amazing. Hotel and transfers spot on, everything ran like clockwork, very impressive. I’m back at home recovering and looking forward to seeing the results in the near future. Having now reached the twelve-month stage the results have exceeded all expectations. The most important aspect of everything is Tony's ongoing post-operative care. He is there at every step for you, he really does genuinely care and answers all of your questions, no matter how small or at what time. I can’t recommend the chaperone service enough, that Tony provides. What could potentially be an anxious and stressful process, is quite simply removed with Tony’s hands on support and guidance. If you’re getting a quality product/service that works, then that is value for money!

Tony was a great source of information and reassurance throughout the process, the chaperone service was a welcome and very cost efficient addition and highly recommended.
