Travel arrangements and hotel was fantastic. Everyone at the hospital was really polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend getting the chaperone service. Tony's experience and knowledge makes everything alot easier and less stressful. Hardest part is sleeping after.

From the airport and onwards the chaperone Tony was amazing and Informative, I was put at ease, he was really friendly and reasuring at all times. Top bloke. The hotel was of a very good standard. The clinic staff were fantastic, again reasuring and took any worries away. The operation felt like it was an hour long, thats how relaxed I was. Yes I looked a bit silly with the bandages and band on, but in a few months time I know how good I will look. Clinic looks state of the art, even the shuttle to the hotel and back is good. This is the one place I can say, I won’t be setting foot in there again,ha. Nice experience, went really quick too. More than happy.

A big thing for a lot of people to go through and a lot of trust is needed. Tony was fantastic throughout the entire process. Made everything so very easy and helped ease the concerns and eliminated any worries of trust. Extremely well looked after and the clinic was very clean and modern. Chaperone all the way and transfers from airport to clinic to hotel and back again. Honestly, if I thought it would have been this easy, I would have done it long ago. I will update when the hair has had time to develop but if it is like the service so far, I am surely on to a winner.

Tony was great from start to finish and put me at ease with all the answers to my questions. He kept in touch throughout my trip and even spoke to the Doctor in Istanbul after my pre-op consultation to make sure everything was perfect. The clinic itself is amazing.
