Luke Jones and his team were amazing from start to finish. I had experienced his skill last year with a Meniscus injury and when I had another injury skiing this year, I did not hesitate to contact him. Surgery was required for a MCL rupture and meniscus tear. Throughout this and the subsequent weeks I have been looked after with great care and attention. The surgery was a success and I am now on the road to recovery. I have told friends about this and would not hesitate to recommend Mr Jones to anyone needing help. Oh, he is a half-decent gent as well :)

I had my knee recently operated by Dr Luke Jones following months of physio and the experience could not have been better. Dr Jones is approachable, super professional and very good at explaining what’s wrong with the knee and at keeping you informed before and after the operation. He listened to my concerns re: the physio and chose a new one for me to help me with the post op exercises. The personnel at the hospital were all very pleasant and highly capable. Anyone under Dr Luke Jones’s care is lucky

I was seen by Mr.Luke Jones the same day as my appointment was requested. He knew what the problem was and arranged an MRI before I saw him. The verification of the meniscus tear was seen and the options of treatment were given to me clearly. We agreed on the most suitable one. The necessary treatment was quickly organised and completed. My follow-ups have beens first class. Mr. Jones is considerate, knowledgable, caring and gave me confidence. The service by all the staff was prompt, polite and efficient.

Expert and Considered Opinion. Tim Sinnett, advised me about the best initial management of my painful toe joint. As a medic I felt I was receiving sound and expert advice from an individual with excellent communication skills. I left the consultation room with a spring in my step.

Luke was phenomenally knowledgeable, personable and professional. The whole process was extremely efficient and only took 5 weeks from my initial consultation to the meniscal repair operation. Fantastic Bi-lateral hip replacement From the moment I met Emeka Oragui, I knew I was in safe hands. Wonderfully friendly and down-to-earth, we were chatting about linked interests from the outset. He explained the operation thoroughly and my after-care was excellent with Emeka always on hand to answer questions and to ensure that I was getting the best possible service. His care and attitude made me want to ensure the perfect recovery for myself by doing all the right things (even though I had a great mindset, anyway). Just one month later I was in the pool and also performing light gym exercises and 2 months later, I have been able to increase my activity a lot further. I cannot recommend Emeka enough!

I was admitted to the emergency room in the Chelsea and Westminster hospital for knee pain and swelling where i met Mr.Oragui the surgeon who performed my operation ( left knee washout) and i am so glad that i met . Mr.Oragui was very friendly , professional, highly skilled and caring , made me feel at ease , his personal care and expertise has been outstanding, i only saw this quality of attention service at Saint Mary hospital of Mayo clinic (USA) and the same attention and medical service from Mr.Emeka. PCL Reconstruction with Mr Luke Jones I was referred to Mr Luke Jones for PCL reconstructive surgery via a family member, for whom he had undertaken a very successful partial knee replacement. Luke was extremely professional, knowledgeable and understanding for what is a less common operation. Due to some complexities with my case I needed a minor follow up op which went seamlessly. The end to end care has been very good and his team have been great. I would highly recommend. Thanks!

After a fall at Christmas when my husband fell and hit his shoulder on a hard low coffee table he was unable to lift his right arm without considerable pain and restriction of movement. We met with Mr James Wright at the London Bridge Hospital who had scan and ultra sound procedures on his shoulder. We found everyone who carried out the procedures to be kind and helpful. We had a full briefing from Mr White of what our options were for treatment. We opted out of shoulder surgery as my husband has heart issues. Mr. White was most sympathetic and kind and we jointly decided that we would re-evaluate the situation in 3 months as the pain is subsiding . We are very happy with the way we were treated.

The hospital was very comfortable, the staff attentive and professional and the food was good. It is obviously a huge team effort but the orthopaedic surgeon Mr James White, who performed my elbow surgery, is outstanding, both in terms of of his skill as a surgeon and the care and attention he takes to work with you to figure out what the best course of action is.

Everything from start to finish was super efficient, but very friendly and reassuring. I could not have wished for better care from my surgeon, physiotherapists or my nurses. In retrospect, I could have wished from a further call from my anaesthetist to have helped with my pain relief. For some unknown reason, the morphine tablets that I was given did not help with the post-operative pain, and I had myself to request intravenous paracetamol which worked beautifully.

I was referred by my GP to Mr. Oragui just a few days before Christmas to look at a hip problem. In order to help me before the Christmas break, he arranged to see me at very short notice and in the evening at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, which was very good of him. He arranged x-rays there and then, which he personally supervised. He was friendly, thorough, and thoughtful. Further scans were taken and in January he arranged a small procedure which has greatly reduced my discomfort. It was an excellent experience to be helped by Mr. Oragui.

All the staff at the Edward VII were friendly, helpful and very professional. The food was excellent with a good choice. I would not hesitate to recommend my surgeon Simon Newman, my hip replacement went very well, a highly skilled and attentive surgeon.

Mr. Oragui was the surgeon at my recent hip replacement on the NHS at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. I'd just like to formally register my grateful thanks to him not only for his pre-operation attention - because he listened and solved my concerns - but particularly because (without being patronising) of his supreme skill in the surgery itself, which resulted in no pain whatsoever after the first couple of days and my ability to get on with my life after just eight weeks. He said enthusiastically at a pre-op meeting about the technique and choice of hip replacement"you'll love it!" I demurred. And while I still wouldn't go quite that far, it's certainly the next best thing. Thank you. Gillian Best
