I recently had my rhinoplasty with Dr Ali and I am very happy with the results. I initially chose Dr Ali after researching quite a few different surgeons. His experience, qualifications and reviews are what led me to ultimately select him to perform my rhinoplasty. I’m happy with the decision as the result was great. The procedure was very simple and went smoothly. The recovery process went surprisingly well too. I had minimal bruising/swelling, which cleared up very quickly. Laura, his assistant, was also amazing. She was always available for a call leading up to the surgery and afterwards, to answer any questions I had. She was great at reassuring me and putting things into simple terms during the recovery process. Overall, my experience went really well and I’m happy with the outcome.

For many years, I had felt self-conscious about my nose and it affected my confidence so much. At the age of 47, I made the decision to do something about it, as I didn't want to look back in twenty years time and regret not doing so. Having done lots of research online, I came across Mr Ali and his website. He had so many brilliant reviews and the before and after photos of his work were very impressive. I spoke to his PA Laura, who was incredibly helpful, informative and kind, and she booked me in for a consultation with Mr Ali a couple of weeks later. When I met him in person, he was professional, kind and I instantly had complete confidence in him. He understood exactly what my concerns were and reassured me about what he could achieve to improve the appearance of my nose, and also breathing difficulties. Following a further online consultation with Mr Ali, I booked the surgery. It is now 11 days since my septorhinoplasty and I am absolutely delighted with the results so far.

I recently had rhinoplasty with Mr Ali and am absolutely delighted with the results. I chose Mr Ali after reading all his wonderful reviews so had very high expectations. I am happy to say that my personal experience matched everything I had read. Mr Ali is such a lovely man and his calm yet confident manner always put me at ease. The procedure itself was very straightforward and I had minimal discomfort or bruising afterwards. I was particularly thrilled that the changes to my nose shape were subtle and very natural looking - exactly as Mr Ali had promised. Also a special mention to Mr Ali’s fabulous assistant Laura who managed everything so smoothly and was always a joy to speak to.

Mr Ali and Laura have been amazing! I am totally in love with my nose now and I am getting a lot of compliments for it. The whole journey has been great and I was in no pain at all! I’ve only had my cast removed a few days ago and the surgeon did an amazing job. Laura was also great and lovely and was always there to answer any questions. I’m so glad I finally did it and thank you!! :)

I highly recommend Dr Ali for a Rhinoplasty, his work was absolutely brilliant. From the first consultation where my nerves was put at ease as Dr Ali explained how the Operation would work and how he will do the procedure through to the surgery day the whole team working under Dr Ali was amazing as well and the finial consultation where the nose cast came off after 12 days I was so happy with the results wishing I had it done sooner and I’m extremely thankful for the work Dr Ali has done. Also Dr Ali’s PA Laura is extremely helpful. Laura answered all my emails in a very speedy manor and always had the answers to any questions I had. She is very friendly and reliable I can’t thank her enough for her help.

Mr Ali and Laura have been excellent throughout the whole process. I had very minimal bruising under my eyes, thanks to Mr Ali's cold technique during surgery. The incisions are barely noticeable and it's only been 2 weeks! There's definitely a mental aspect when deciding to have any surgery so having Laura to contact whenever I needed to was very comforting. Thank you!

I highly recommend Mr Ali for rhinoplasty, or in my case revision rhinoplasty. I came to Mr Ali after having two previous surgeries somewhere else that left my nose looking swollen, skew, and overall bad. Mr Ali told me that he would be able to fix my nose, and I was able to book an appointment soon after! My recovery period was great and Mr Ali's PA Laura was amazing throughout, she answered any questions I had and was super friendly. It was really amazing to have her throughout this experience, she has been so helpful! I had my cast removed 9 days post-op, and I was so happy with the result and couldn't believe how great my nose finally looked! I can't thank Dr Ali enough for his expertise, I wish I had done this sooner! :)

I chose Mr Ali for my nose surgery because his work on other people looked skilful and professional, not just prettier noses, but complete reconstructions. I was very concerned about complications - I know it's rare, but a bad surgery can be life changing. The price was in the mid point of quotes I had. Although the offices & surgery are in Harley Street, they weren't the most luxurious I saw. If I wanted to document it all on social media I think I would have had a hard time making content. This was not a glamorous experience, it was no-nonsense and disciplined. Exactly what I wanted. The unsung hero in this story is Laura, his business manager. She is a dream to work with, whether it be scheduling appointments, sending through documents or following up on questions. She even checked in with me on the days either side of my surgery. It's been 2 weeks from the surgery and I'm happy to say I'm pleased with the results and the recovery time was surprisingly fast.
