I canceled by email, phone message, and through their website 2-3 days before the appointment for my husband. They still charged my credit card. When I emailed and asked them to please reverse the charge, they did not respond. Update, they kindly issued the refund.

Had a 30 minute consultation with Dr Oliver Denton, gave me the works, very impressed.

I would highly recommend Daleswood to anyone for their health needs. I received exceptional care and advice from Dr Denton, he took the time to answer any questions I had and immediately put me at ease for my minor surgery procedure. The reception staff are very welcoming and accommodating and answered my email enquiries promptly. The health centre is in a lovely location, easy to park and is clean and inviting without the overly clinical feel of a regular GP surgery. I will definitely be returning, and recommending to friends and family!

I’m absolutely thrilled with the way I’ve been treated by Dr Oliver Denton. What a fantastic and extremely kind and caring doctor. I have been in great pain in my hip due to severe arthritis and I couldn’t get to see my GP. So I found Daleswood Health while driving past. Seeing Dr Denton has been the best decision I’ve ever made. I simply can’t thank him enough. Everyone is so kind! Excellent service!

I had gone deaf in my left ear due to a build-up of wax and my tinnitus had got worse, my GP wasn't able to offer me an appointment to have my ears syringed for another week. I was feeling ill and diźzy so looked online for someone to treat me privately as soon as possible. Daleswood were brilliant and made an appointment to see me the following morning. Dr. Denton was wonderful, friendly, caring, very patient and thorough and the care I received was first class. I would not hesitate to recommend the practice. First class.

I went for a shingles vaccination. They were very efficient and friendly!
