Couldn't rate this place high enough. It feels like a 5* hotel. The courtesy and attentiveness of the nurses, staff, caterers, cleaners... everyone was just so helpful and nothing was too much to ask of them.

I had a liver resection on the 14th July, with, Charles Imber. I cannot praise Mr Imber and his team enough, their care and professionalism was of a high standard throughout. My anesthetist was amazing and the nurses were so attentive and couldn't do enough for me.The catering staff delivered my meals at a time I wished and all meals on the extensive menu were presented beautifully and tasted as good as they looked which all helped my recovery. I recommend the Cleveland clinic , excellent, thankyou !

Excellent quality service and care in all aspects at the Cleveland Clinic in May this year. From the medical team, nursing care, physiotherapy after care, cleaners, porters and pharmacy staff really could not fault any of them. I was made to feel so welcomed and valued. The catering services were brilliant and offered a wide variety of freshly prepared dishes with meals available for my daughter who stayed with me. Thank you Cleveland clinic. Only downside very difficult to park car.

Honestly, I appreciate Dr Nigel Mendoza for his kind help. Also, other staff were helpful and kind too. The hospital is very clean easy access to public transport and also a car park. Recommended everyone who needs professional help.

I've had a few outpatient appointments and outpatient treatment. Found all staff friendly and professional. Nurses in treatment were so good as was all other staff involved. Once pain had gone down as expected and had some lunch left very happy and got a call the next day to check I was still ok. Very happy. Back in a couple of weeks again.

I have had a knee surgery at the Cleveland Clinic in Jan23. Everyone from the clinic reception staff, to the nurses, to the anaesthetist and the surgeon was extremely professional and courteous. The staff are really knowledgable and this is the standard of the hospital one would like to be in. The equipment in the hospital, cleanliness and size of the room as well as the overall facilities are quite impressive. Cannot fault my experience and am very thankful to my orthopaedic surgeon for fixing me up.

A great experience at a tough time. The cleveland clinic is an amazing facility with very kind, efficient and knowledgeable staff. The room was spacious and very comfortable, the view was lovely too.

Just opened in the 2022! Very clean and professional, just a hospital should be! Free hot drinks and cold drinks as expected.
