Relaxed, and a relaxing environment. Staff are pleasant and very competent. I have always felt it financially a worthwhile investment and after each check up feel it has been reassuring and that I am well informed.

I had a smooth and speedy analysis of my heart problem, and received a diagnosis and follow up on three occasions. It was a relief to find sympathetic and caring attention. Can't speak too highly of their advice and follow up. thank You!

Very pleased with the Cambridge Heart Clinic and a big thanks to everyone in the team who helped my mother. I had booked appointments for my mother to attend for a health scare she had, and all the team at the clinic were friendly, helpful and supportive. I consider the clinical care my mother received to be excellent - appointments were arranged with ease, all tests done rapidly and information provided within days. The team went the extra mile, putting my mother at ease and ensured she was well-informed.

I have recently been diagnosed, treated and follow-up at the clinic. The Cambridge Heart Clinic was recommended to me by a GP acquaintance and I made an appointment for the evening of the day I was referred. I was diagnosed then and and a pacemaker recommended. This was inserted two days later. I consider the clinical care I received to be excellent. The support staff were caring, friendly and efficient.

I have been attending the Heart Clinic for approximately 9 months, which has included the provision of a Pacemaker - throughout this time I have always found all members, with whom I have been in contact, extremely professional, outstandingly caring and understanding - I have the highest regard for them all and am quite clear that they are wholly committed to providing an outstanding service. I am enormously grateful for the detailed care and attention that I have received.

I had the convenience of a Saturday appointment (a very good idea) and from start to finish the experience was exceptional. Very friendly receptionist and Marta who performed my echo was very nice and very calming, I felt at ease throughout the entire procedure. I cannot praise this clinic or the staff highly enough! From the moment you arrive till you leave ,you are treated how can I say Like simply excellence. From the receptionist to the Consultant they treat you like you are really important ,basically they set the standard that others should follow, we travel some distance to see our preferred consultant ,would not even consider anywhere else , a almost relaxed environment which helps calm the nerves. The only negative aspect is how you have to pay the consultant witch is nothing really to do with the Clinic really ,but when you have a consultant in this day and age that only accept cheques as payment given many people no longer use cheques or have cheque books this is frustrating and causes difficulties , why not accept bank credit or card payments like the clinic simple and straightforward for all concerned.

I was very pleased of the clinic. The staff, they all seem nice and frendly, they offered me a drinks few time although I sayid I am okay. They noticed I am pregnant and offered me a decaff coffee, they have personal approach towards each patient. I am happy I have been there, the enviroment is so calm, nice. It makes you to feel like a guest rather than a patient. I am foreigner and they made efforts to speak with me on my level of understanding and speaking. I highly recomend that clinic!

I visited this clinic in January 2014 and really thought it was very professional and well-run. I was quite worried about the visit but the reception staff and nurses quickly put me at ease - I was treated with care and felt special. My tests were carried out on the same day as my consultation which was a relief as it meant I did not have to make a second visit. I then saw the doctor with my test results and so left with a diagnosis and treatment plan all on the same day. I particularly enjoyed the small, old fashioned touches such as being served tea in proper crockery. It all went very smoothly and I left feeling very special. I cannot recommend this clinic more highly. I have visited other private hospitals in the area (Spire & Nuffield) before but this clinic felt different and unique. I wish the managers, staff and doctors who run it the very best. MG
