I attended this clinic after been up all night with severe toothache. I have to admit I have a major phobia of dentists !!! I was so lucky to have got an emergency 🆘 appointment on a Sunday! From the moment I entered the surgery waiting room a quivering wreck, I was greeted by a lovely gentleman who tried to put me at ease. When the lady dentist (Reena) called my name I was immediately put as ease, seating reassured and gently step by step spoken through my treatment. I must admit after been such a baby !! I had my tooth out and it really didn’t hurt at all !! ( not to say I’m cured ) but the experience here was gentle and kind, and I am extremely grateful. Many thanks Sharon 🇬🇧 UK

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Bobby was so speedy at responding to my query and got me booked in for a root canal with Minal who was honestly the best dentist I’ve come across. I felt NO PAIN whatsoever during or even after my root canal. The surgery was so nice and clean. I honestly can’t fault anything. One year on and my tooth is in perfect condition. Please don’t hesitate to book with them!

Lovely friendly staff that made me feel very comfortable and provided clarity on the best care moving forwards. Hygenist was very gentle and didn't cause me any discomfort while working. Very positive experience

Friendly and welcoming staff, and a calm and relaxing atmosphere. For anyone nervous about dentists, you soon forget any worries. Calm relaxing music and images play while you are in the chair. Nothing is rushed and all staff are knowledgeable and happy to answer questions. As a private practice it is more costly but you do get quality there and I feel more comfortable going there then I have other practices.

Have been visiting Better Care Clinic for the last 3 weeks and Dr Vishal has been amazing - also the lovely lady assistant who I didn’t catch a name for! I always put off coming to the dentist but they both made me feel very comfortable and my teeth and gums have had a massive improvement. Glad I found Better care clinic - simple to book an appointment without waiting weeks! Highly recommend to all :)

I recently had a tooth filling done here. Great service! Really pleased with Dr. Monish Gotecha and his team. He took the time to explain everything in layman’s terms and did the filling seamlessly. Strongly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist.

I want to say huge thank you to the experienced doctor Reena Amin who works with small patients and is highly professional, helpful, caring and knows how to find an approach to the child. My child felt relaxed and absolutely comfortable with this doctor during her treatment. Doctor Reena makes treatment enjoyable and easy for little patients. I also had zirconium crown at this clinic with other doctor and she is as well highly professional and competent dentist my new fake tooth feels like mine I have it for around 1 year and didn’t have any issues. Highly recommend this clinic as there work only qualified and skillful doctors who did their job on the highest level. Thank you!

One of the most sincere dentists I have ever been to. The lady there is more concerned about your well being than any thing else and it is such a beautiful thing to see in this day and age. Thank you for your time and effort in regards to what we needed.

Absolute brilliant service I was in agony with a fractured rear lower tooth that gave me unbearable pain and was X-rayed and removed within an hour of phoning up! That’s first class service all day long Thank you all so much

I attended the Dentist today as an emergency patient and I was really happy with the service that they provided. My registered Dentist wasn’t able to see me today and I couldn’t wait any longer to see someone as I was in agony. I called the Dentist up and spoke to Manish who advised that he will be able to squeeze me in to see the Dentist in 15 minutes. I was extremely happy and relieved that someone could fit me in at short notice. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I was given my tablets to take away with me. I’d highly recommend Better Care Dentist, thank you again I really appreciated my appointment this morning.

Dr. Minal is the best dentist I ever had in my lifetime. Her hands were very light and gentle. She reinforces what her patient feels at the moment which makes you feel more comfortable because you know she knows what she's doing. Kudos as well to all the assistants and support staff at the clinic for being professional and helpful all the time.

Very good service and care, had couple of filling, hygiene and one extraction done here. They look after you, I had problems with a filling after some time which they have done for me, they treated me well and fixed it for me without any issue, would recommend 101% and will coming back. Prices are reasonable.
