What a fantastic service! I had a very worrying "lump" appear in my mouth which terrified me. I called the ENT^ secretary Lisa Brown who immediately understood my worry & booked me in to see a Mr Gillett the very next day who instantly put my mind at rest & managed to remove the lump later that day under LA. He was lovely & completely allayed my fears. Thank you so much for your prompt, professional & speedy service!

I have been to see Bath ENT for different problems and both times found the consultants to be professional, reassuring and happy to answer my questions, not making me feel rushed. I would recommend any one with a problem with their ears, nose or throat, to go and see them.

I’ve used the ENT team twice now, for two different issues. Everything was very straightforward to organise my appointment, the support staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the processes the consultants undertake. The consultants themselves are brilliant, good humoured and calm. Taking the time to explain what the issues and solutions were, they were able to explain in simple terms so didn’t leave me feeling baffled. The actual procedures I’ve had were explained again on the day, everything was neat, tidy and clean. Even before covid. The procedure was completed and I was kept informed of next steps and if needed was able to call the medical secretary for further help. Overall a very professional team, knowledgeable, friendly and calming.
