This is the second time I have used them and they are of excellent quality and responsiveness. I will use them again.

Everything was very good.

Quick and professional The most professional website selling the product I needed, which is difficult to find. The best price, too. Reliable and reasonably priced 48hr delivery was also key. Some additional feedback is to look at the website design as the header doesn't always minimize so the detail you want to scroll through is only visible on 1/3 of the screen, which is especially annoying during the checkout process.

Needles telephone order Matteo was short staffed on the day and could not answer the phone, but as soon as he saw my missed call he called me straight back(i live in Gibraltar). He dealt with my order quickly, professionally and efficiently and called me back to sort out payment and send the order.

Excellent service. Goods packed really well & despatched & arrived on time… Goods arrived on time & packed really well. Can’t comment on how it helps with healing yet as it’s too soon & also everyone is unique so speed of healing would be different for everyone. I’m hoping it will help with inflamation & tissue damage along with acupuncture.

Great service from AcuPrime We needed some more 9000 gauss gold plated magnets for acupressure and were delighted to find that AcuPrime had these available and were located not far away from us. We were able to collect these in person, saved shipping and found them to be extremely pleasant to deal with! Would most certainly recommend this Company.

Quick delivery but manuals in English please Quick delivery, which is great. The TDP heat lamp works well. However, the instructions for the ceramic moxa holder and charcoal moxa cones are all in Korean and I've had to guess how to use the products. English instructions need to be included.

All good except only 9 months to Use By Date AcuPrime had a good selection and what I wanted was a reasonable. Only trouble was that the use by date is only 9 months away! I'd give them 5 stars if the use by date was longer.

We've been using Acuprime for our busy… We've been using Acuprime for our busy acupuncture business for in excess of 12 years. I highly recommend them. The prices are good and most importantly the delivery is very quick and within a day or two of ordering. The website is easy to navigate and they always have whats needed in stock. As a very busy clinic using a lot of needles I have confidence in Acuprime as our provider.
