The clinic over charged me for no reason. They just decided to not honor the agreed rate with the insurance company and charge the difference without prior notification to me, knowing that they called me twice to confirm the booking and never informed until i reached there.

One star for Doctor’s intro to the girls. Other than that, miscommunication repetitive visits without getting any procedure done. Over priced and will allocate 10-15 mins for a patient with root canal treatment 20 for others regardless of the case. I visited both Jumeirah and Mirdif and left without any solution to the patient. Even when i asked to extract my files that takes 2 working days (as per the website) here i am one week later with no files even after constant reminders. I had to pay all the girls xrays again, which didnt only cost but also was time consuming and subjected the girls and myself to more unnecessary radiation. Commercial approach and poor patient management.

Worst clinics ever. Cancelled my appointment at a short notice. Once rescheduled, waited for half an hour and Dr Hadjer never arrived or responded to reception calls. Would never recommend visit this doctor and the branch, if you do not want to waste your time and money - there are much better clinics in Dubai and doctors who do not have “emergencies” about which they never inform the patients
