Me and my wife saw Dr. Borja for eye exams. I strongly recommend him. We found him extremely professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and offered the most optimal solutions. The hospital facilities are amazing and the staff is very helpful.

Dr. Ania is good, and I’ve had positive experiences with her in the past. However, the quality of appointments has noticeably declined recently. Limited appointments make it difficult to schedule, and I ended up waiting over 1.5 hours for my last appointment before finally leaving out of frustration. The waiting area is noisy, with kids and people on loud phone calls, which doesn’t help the experience. The nursing staff seemed overwhelmed and struggled to give clear updates on when patients would be seen. I hope they improve the management and environment soon, as the doctor’s expertise deserves a better setting.

Dr. Ania, Consultant Ophthalmologist, is truly exceptional in her field. After struggling with a persistent eye allergy and visiting numerous clinics without success, she was the only doctor who provided me with both comfort and effective treatment. One of the worst experiences. No professionalism and respect for time. Waited more than 45 mins past my appointment time. Not a place to go if you are a professional and have other commitments. There are many other professional outfits in Dubai. They need to get on top of their appointment systems.
