My experience at Vera Clinic was amazing, I originally enquired about a hair transplant during Covid and never followed through until now and I am now home in Ireland 1 day. Everything was so smooth from start to finish and specifically Omer Dilki who was very helpful and accommodating through WhatsApp. The clinic itself was very clean and the shuttle drivers were very efficient. I would highly recommend Vera clinic as a start to a better and more confident life and I can’t wait to start seeing some results.

All round good experience. Vera were brilliant with keeping contact throughout my procedure. From airport transfers and hotel to the day of the surgery I had no issues. The clinic is modern and clean, the procedure was not as bad as I had expected and the aftercare has been great.

I was very impressed with Vera Clinic, from the start of my enquiries when I was comparing several clinics, right through to questions I had leading up to my procedure and afterwards. I had a single point of contact, Bahar, throughout the process and she was brilliant. Being linked on WhatsApp made it very easy to ask questions, and Bahar was always super-responsive and helpful. Always a prompt and thorough response no matter what time of day. I’m only one month post procedure, so too early to comment on my final result, but in terms of the customer service and the experience up to now and I am very happy that I chose Vera Clinic.

I had a hair transplant 2 weeks ago and I can’t express how happy I am I chose Vera clinic. Everything went great!. The medical consultant Beyza went above and beyond throughout the entire process. From anything to answering my general questions, to setting up transportation, she made the experience great. She still stays in contact to check up on me. The surgery itself went better than I expected and I was very happy by the doctor as well as the technicians. They worked very hard to make sure that I got the best treatment. Had my transplant done 6 weeks ago, so it's still early days but the process has been exactly as expected so far. Everything was made so easy by my consultant Beyza from the start by answering any of my questions and concerns before making the booking and even helping with flight times etc. The procedure went very well on the day and pain free. I had my hair transplant done there very recently - so I cannot really speak to the outcome. However, the entire process from start to finish was excellently handled. Beyza, my coordinator, was available to answer questions all the time. She often reached out proactively. The staff and doctors seem very experienced. The operation runs very smoothly.

I had my nose done nearly 1 year ago now. The service I had was amazing from start to finish, I met my driver at the airport and he took me for my bloods etc it was all handled correctly.
