I did a lot of research before I reached out to Sapphire, and 3 other clinics. Sapphire won me over with their amazing customer service, headed up by Emy, who took me through all of the planning, the day of the procedure and the day after, and who has stayed in touch since. They beat every clinic not just in their professionalism and caring, but also on value. The entire experience has been beyond what I could ever have expected. You only live once! I had a great experience using this clinic where I had my first hair transplant done. The driver picked me up from the airport and drove me to my hotel, which was close to the hospital. Next day I was picked up by the driver, who drove me to the hospital. There I was greeted by very nice people who explained everything to me in details. I was a bit surprised that they had so many young people working there, but they seem well educated and skilled. I was treated with the DHI technique and even though they say it can take up to a year for the final results, I believe I had my results after 10 months. The first 2 weeks after the surgery was not comfortable for me I have to be honest, but after that the healing started going well. I’m going to the same clinic again next month to tighten the last small areas, but this time I have chosen the sapphire FUE technique, and I expect I will get the same good, quality service and treatment. I wish I had done this much sooner. I finally had a hair transplant at Sapphire Clinic in Oct. 2023. I wanted to wait to leave a review until my hair had a chance to grow in. It has exceeded my expectations. I'm just a couple days away from the 8 month mark and the transformation is phenomenal. I was pleased with my experience at the clinic. The Dr. was thorough in his explanations and instructions. The Dr. was with me every step of the way. I read reviews of clinics in which patients barely even saw the Dr. and their procedures were done by the technicians. Not the case at Sapphire I'm happy to say. The coordinator was communicative; the transport team member was such a sweet guy; and the clinic was clean and pleasant. I know these operations don't always turn out well so I feel very fortunate to be so happy with my results.

I’m very happy with the doctor Okan Morkoç. He was very attentive to my needs and very human.The result of my BBL I did 8 months ago is exactly what I was asking for. Everything went perfect. The clinic and clinic rooms are spacious and clean. The personal and nurses are very professional and competent. I would like to thank Melissa very warmly. She guides me before, during and after the surgery. She is very attentive and professional. She help me and give me precious advices any time. She always take the time for me and she is human and so kind. Thank you again Melissa.

I was very impressed by the professionalism and service of this clinic. Melissa was instrumental in working with my itinerary and handled logistics to best fit my schedule as I was flying in to Turkey for this procedure. The translators were helpful in effective communication. Overall the expertise of the doctors and nurses showed experience and boosted my confidence.

Super happy with the results until now.. and it’s only 6 month ago! Really good, great and awesome team - especially my advisor Yerome! Always there for me and helped me through all the way from the first email contact, to the first appointment, to the transplantation, and also after all that! She was always there for me! I had the best experience ever. Been on another clinic in uk and they did an horrible job. Went to them had the fantastic breast augmentation that I was expecting from dr okan and my husband had his hair transplant in January they are growing every day more!!! The team was lovely . Every person took care of us and the doctor is the sweeter person ever he really listen to your needs and do his job with passion!!

Overall, my experience wasn’t too bad however, A lot irritated me. For starters, the pricing was a huge issue for me. We discussed a certain amount and when I got there it was more expensive. Furthermore, I was supposed to get 4,500 grafts and I only got half of that, but the price stayed the same. The staff then Stated that the price was not based off of Grafts. My food was cold when I got done. My friend also got a hair transplant and he had a major complication and his graft number was even lower than mine. Overall the people were nice.

I heard about Sapphire Hair Clinic from friends who had tried it before and have seem great results. The whole experience was very positive from the moment I contacted Melissa till I left Turkey. Although I got a little sick after the operation, the team did everything they can to ensure I had a steady recovery. Highly recommended!
