One of the worst hospital experience I had ever, it was awful, you pay only for irresponsible and non-disciplined manners..

I had gastric sleeve with Dr. Osman Uyar this week. Melih, my translator and representative picked me up at the airport personally. He took great care of me throughout the week and made sure I was always receiving what I needed and was comfortable. My surgery was well explained and went without issue. Aftercare was 24/7. Nurses don't speak much English but are well trained and very friendly. Google translate made communication easy. My private suite was spacious, two rooms, with own bathroom/toilet. I always had privacy. It was cleaned everyday as well, including bedding changes. Upon returning home, I received everything needed for my post op liquid diet as well as vitamins and some medications. In the beginning I was very nervous about traveling alone from the Netherlands for surgery but Mel, and the staff of Grandmedical put me at ease. Very happy with my decision and recommend to any looking into medical tourism for WLS.

I was recommended this hospital and surgeon from a friend. I had the bypass it was amazing from start to finish. I feel great and had no problems at all. Melih the translator is amazing and helps so so much nothing is to much trouble for him deffo 5 stars from me. Dr Osman was so good answered all my questions and was amazing no complaints from me.

Leaving the grand medical tomorrow after having a gastric sleeve surgery, I was picked up by Mel who has been amazing throughout the week, checking in me and getting anything I might need, she literally goes above and beyond! Dr Osman is lovely and felt very confident in his hands!! On the first day, I arrived testing was very thorough and op well explained. Staff don't speak much English but are very helpful and mel is there to translate, hospital and rooms are cleaned continuously and rooms are spacious! I will be back for more surgery in the future!

I came to this hospital and was met at the airport by Mel who was my English speaking guide through the procedure which was very helpful and put me at ease. Dr Osman was very nice and professional, and the nurses took great care of me and were lovely. I had a lovely clean spacious private suite. The surgery went very well and I would definitely recommend that you come here for your treatment.

I felt really good there and was treated with care and patience. The cleaning in my room was made every day, more times if necessary. All the stuff I got was amazing, nurses, infirmers, I didnt feel like I got there alone. So, I highly recommend.

After a long and extensive search for gastric surgery I found the team at Grand Medical. From the moment I enquired they have walked me through the process and made sure that I am 100% confident in my decision. The hospital is in a nice location with lovely views. The surgeon Mr Uyar, was fantastic and really helped me to get through the treatment. His assistant Mel was a real help and visited me every day as well as arranged my transfers and travel. All in all a very positive experience and would highly recommend it. I travelled from the UK and language was not an issue.

It is grace amazing when I met with hospital directors Mr Mel and doctor Osman Uyar with great hospitality and caring is super. I can't compare with any hospital. The doctors are always checking on us time to time to make sure everything is in good shape including nurses, both are well trained.

I had a gastric sleeve in April 2021 with Dr. Osman. Everything was unexpectedly good and I will highly recommend them. They were always checking up on me, the doctor, Melih, and the nurses all were very friendly and at the same time very professional. It's been one year (I've lost 48kg) since I had my surgery and I still receive messages from them to see how I'm doing. The doctor was every time on the phone to answer my questions no matter what time was. He was more a friend than a simply surgeon!!! If you're thinking to have this surgery, this is the place where you should do it.

All of the staff were very kind and considerate and were very helpful. The cost was very reasonable for the level of service provided. The hospital was spotlessly clean. The testing performed prior to surgery is very thorough. Mel my translator provided by the hospital was fantastic always available and explained everything clearly. The clinic is approximately 1-hour drive from Izmir and is very comfortable. I would definitely return, my experience was very positive and I would highly recommend Dr Osman and Grand Medical Manisa.
