I am so happy with my whole experience from enquiring right through to having the procedures and the aftercare. I traveled with my husband and we were picked up from the airport and taken to the hospital where we met Serenay who immediately made us feel welcome. We met the Drs who were so lovely and immediately made me forget any worries I had over coming to a different country for surgery. We had a look around the hospital, it’s lovely and so modern. We were showed our suite both myself and my husband would be staying in and it was amazing, better than some 5* hotels I had stayed in. I can’t say enough how amazing my whole experience was and how thrilled I am with the results. My surgeries went really well and the care I received was second to none. Serenay, Dr Morgan Tosun, Dr Ahmet Doblan and all the lovely nurses and staff who looked after us so well.

Medco has never failed with me or my friends. I had a gastric surgery through them two years ago . I liked them so much So I referred my friend to have the same Gastric Sleeve surgery with them. I was very happy with the service and he was happy as well. This year I had problems that they could never solve in United States of America so when I got frustrated I called Serenay . My name is Ari and I’am from UK.Rigth from the begining the team of Medco HealthCo treated me like family. I really felt the love, care, passion and professionalism from every person involved in this operation. Ms. Serenay(the owner of Medco Health) was with me in every step of the process and helped me a lot during my stay. The receptionists were kind and attentive, the nurses and dietitian were smart, happy and encouraging. The surgeons were honest and extremely qualified. This was a life changing exprience for me and I am glad that I decided to do it with this amazing team.

I had gastric sleeve surgery performed in January 2020. My pre-op weight was 123.3 kg (271 lbs), six months later, I am at 93.3 kg (205 lbs). Hands-down, having gastric sleeve surgery is one of the best life choices I have made; incredible value for the money. I chose Reyap Hastanesi İstanbul and was impressed with the quality and high standard of care I received from the hospital staff. Serenay Baydede (described as an "angel" in other reviews--and she is) maintained close communication with me throughout the entire process, constantly informing and reassuring me, and continues to this day. My wife, who had gastric bypass surgery in the US several years ago, was reluctant for me to have surgery in Turkey. However, she was so impressed with the quality and standard of care that she scheduled revision surgery for June 2020 (unfortunately, due to COVID-19, we have been forced to reschedule). I have found the clinic on this site and made some queries straight away including other few clinics, however, Serenay from Medco was the most prompt and professional person by far. I was so impressed with the level of professionalism and manner. Since my arrival on the 07/11/19 from the transfer and admission, everything went very smoothly at Reyap Hospital in Istanbul. I had my first tests shortly after my arrival (1 am) and in the morning I was welcomed by Sereney, had seen my doctor (Dr Mirhan Tosun), had more tests and all my results were good to have surgery not long after lunch. All the staff was very efficient, accommodating and friendly despite the language barrier. I had an amazing experience and I am so very pleased to choose Medco and Reyap! I am 8 days post-op surgery now, no complications, pain or any problem. Thank you so much for all your hard work, you are simply fantastic!

Last summer we came to Istanbul. My son had a very severe bad vision and my brother needed teeth worth. A friend of ours Dina introduced us to an angel called Serenay who took care of us. So I came back this year for a Gastric Sleeve Surgery. I had a 7 stars treatment, great hospitality by her and her amazing operation and treatment by Dr Ali Durmus, his staff and the hospital staff.
