Hola buenas, voy a contar mi experiencia, me operé de manga gástrica el pasado 27 de septiembre con Med Proper y os puedo adelantar que el servicio es nefasto, empezando por Bahadir, el cual era el responsable de mi transporte, cosa que nunca vi, en toda mi estancia en Estambul en ningún momento me facilitaron el transporte, ni del aeropuerto al hospital, ni del hospital al hotel, ni del hotel al aeropuerto, tuve que pagar yo todos los transportes (en total me gasté 90€ en taxis), y ya no solo es el dinero, sino el estrés de verte tirada en un país que no conoces ni hablas el idioma pensando que vas a perder el vuelo... luego me dicen que me van a devolver el dinero del transporte, cosa que a día 7 de octubre (10 días después de mi operación) no he recibido, pero ni siquiera se digna a contestarme los mensajes, en conclusión, una experiencia para no repetir, yo si fuera vosotros y me fuera a operar con ellos me prepararía por si acaso unos 100€ más para transporte.

Veliko hvala osoblju, lekarima, doktorima, veliko hvala od srca za posao koji ste uradili. Od prvog dana od kako sam usao u bolnicu, do dana kada sam napustio bolnicu, osecao sam se srecno. Hvala na svemu bolnici. Veliko hvala vozačima, i prevodiocima.

I paid through their website although I had doubts, but everything went 100 percent well, thank you for everything, I advise you with full confidence 🙏

I feel this place was great from start to finish, the support from the staff Homman and Bahadir was fantastic before I even booked my flights. They were always there to reassure me when I was feeling anxious about it all. When we arrived in instanbul we were collected and brought to the hospital 🏥 I arrived at 2am and my tests for surgery started then. The nurses have been really good and empathetic towards me in my journey and also the auxiliary staff too! The language barrier might get in the way but it’s expected we have came to their country. When I went for my endoscopy the nurse was rubbing my face and as I assume in her language saying you will be okay. The Surgeon Dr Murat Sendur is quick efficient and straight to the point. Get up from the bed, walk and drink 1 litre of fluids and you will do well and I have followed his advice and I’m feeling great. I would recommend this hospital to anyone and I just want to say thank you to all the staff at Medproper and central hospital a

La experiencia ha sido muy buena, recomiendo a todo el equipo desde el traslado, traductores, asesores, equipo médico, etc. Todos han sido muy profesionales y me han hecho sentir en confianza

საუკეთესო მედ პერსონალი :) საუკეთესო მომსახურება :) უზომოდ ყურადღებიანი ქირურგი და ასევე თარჯიმანი ბადი ,რომელიც დღიღამის ნებისმიერ მონაკვეთში ფიზიკურად თუ არა სულიერად მაინც ჩემს გვერდით იდგა :) ძალიან ბევრი რამის ჩამოწერა შემიძლია, მაგრამ ამჯერად ერთ სიტყვაში ჩავატევ "საუკეთესოები ხართ" ძალიან დიდი მადლობა ყველაფრისთვის

Sono molto felice , personali molto professionali , sempre attenti ad ogni esigenza mie ho fatto il sleeve , ero fuori casa num paese nel quale non parlavo la loro lingua ,ed pure mi sono sentita come se fosse a casa mia grazie a tutti voi

Veramente un ottima clinica, personale molto disponibile e medici professionali. Sono stata ricoverata nel mese di Agosto, un ottimo servizio di trasporti dall'aeroporto alla clinica, come era descritto dalla loro campagna pubblicitaria, difatti non ci sono stati sovrapprezzi, rispetto a quanto stato concordato; l'unica pecca riguarda il personale che non è formato per le lingue straniere (difatti ecco perché 4 stelle e non 5) neanche la lingua inglese, per cui è stata l'unica difficoltà riscontrata in clinica; la comunicazione. Veramente consigliatissimo per un prezzo molto vantaggioso.
