I am Ow 10 weeks post op and have never been happier. Dr volcan and his team are amazing. Pelin my co ordinator was always available to answer my million questions. From the moment I landed I was well looked after. I felt as though I had a mini holiday! Yep days after my op I was shopping in Izmir. The care I received was first class and would 100% recommend dr volcan and his team.

Ich war mit der gesamten Leistung sehr zufrieden. Es wird einem der Ablauf sehr genau erklärt. Auch die Betreuung unmittelbar nach der OP war sehr gut. Man ist sofort auf alle belangen eingegangen. Travelled with my Aunty, we both had surgery same day. Provided all info prior to travel, picked up and taken to hospital. All tests carried out to ensure safe for surgery to be carried out. Local coordinators Pelin and Saffa were amazing and explained everything. Dr Volkan Arayici is really lovely and reassuring.(great to look at too) No issues after surgery, all hospital nurses and staff were fabulous and used interpreter App to help if English was difficult. So pleased I did this ongoing journey and more than happy with my 10 weeks 28lbs loss so far.. Would definitely recommend

Ich wollte dem Arzt für ein neues Leben danken. Ich bin 7 Monate nach der Operation und habe 36 kg abgenommen. Dieses Team hat mehr als 5 Sterne verdient!!! Mein OP war am 05.12 selbstverständlich wurde ich rund um die Uhr betreut hinzu kam das ich am 06.12 noch Haare schneiden wollte mir ging es ja soweit gut und sofort wurde mir ein Termin gemacht selbst beim Friseur was eigentlich nicht dazu gehört wurde ich nicht allein gelassen. Gözde organisierte alles und wie unverschämt ich bin wollte gerne noch permanent Make- up auch das war kein Problem am Nachmittag nahm sie sich Zeit und brachte mich dahin und regelte alles. Wie sie das schaffen keine Ahnung aber definitiv seit ihr Goldwert!!!!!

I'm completely satisfied and I've already lost 7 kg six days after the operation and I'm super happy. Since I'm from Germany, Gözde helped me with everything and she's a great help.

I was with Doctor Volkan Arayici for sleeve gastric surgery. I was warmly welcomed by the assistant Gözde. She explained most of the things to me before and after the operation. I was surprised how nice and friendly everyone on Doctor Arayici's team was. You all won my trust there within a very short time. I can recommend Doctor Arayici and his team to everyone who wants to change their life and lose weight.

Ich hatte meine OP am 26.07.2022 Kann nur positives berichten , ich wurde gründlich untersucht und sehr gut auf den Eingriff vorbereitet. Meine Übersetzerin ist eine wundervolle Frau ich danke dir Gözde für deine tolle Arbeit ich habe mich immer gut aufgehoben gefühlt und hatte wirklich 24/7 Hilfe egal was ich brauchte Gözde hat sich um alles gekümmert. Dr arayici, he is best Sargent and also he is so kind and you feel very comfy with him , His group who they are working with him they are so professional and so kind and friendly. I had lots of stress before my surgery , marzieh beautiful lovely girl , she spoke to me and made me so calm , then when I saw Dr arayici, he made me sure every thing will fine , and he was fantastic , I did my surgery in Feb 22 and that was best dessission I made , I lost 24kg till today. Vor der OP schon sehr gut beraten worden.In Izmir angekommen,wurden wir (meine Begleitung und ich)am Flughafen abgeholt,sehr netter Empfang.1 Tag vor der OP alle Untersuchungen gemacht worden.Super toller netter Arzt Dr.Volkan Arayıcı ,die Koordinatorin Gözde und alle Schwestern +Pfleger waren immer hilfsbereit ,nett,freundlich und sehr bemüht.Meine Begleitung wurde komplett mit Verpflegt,kostenlos.Das Krankenhaus war in allem top.Bin sehr zufrieden und werde euch alle weiter empfehlen.Danke dem Gesamten Team für alles .Macht weiter so!!!!!

Hatte am 01.04 meine Operation und mir ging es seit Tag 3 sehr gut, die ersten beiden Tagen waren etwas schmerzhaft, jedoch aushaltbar und man bekommt direkt Schmerzmittel. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit Dr. Volkan Arayici und seinem Team, alle sind sehr nett, fürsorglich und hilfsbereit. Gözde ( die Koordinatorin) ist jederzeit für alle Fragen offen und erreichbar. Sie antwortet immer schnell über WhatsApp. Dr. Volkan Arayici empfehle ich aufjedenfall weiter.

Sehr nette personal. Alle untersuchungen gemacht von A bis Z gemacht ( in deutschland manche untersuchungen heist mehr geld weil die krankenkasse das nicht zahlt). Schlauchmagen op ist sehr gut verlaufen, dann die betreung dann nach auch aber mann muss sich dran gewöhnen wenn ist nicht so dringend kann bischen dauert zum beispiel verband weksel. Sehr Nette meinschaft. Immer hilfsbereit bei frage und alles andre mogliche. Ich kann nur weiter empfehlen.

I had my surgery 3 weeks ago. Before I left home I was very apprehensive but those feelings soon went. My coordinator was Merziyhe who was superb and always answered my questions immediately. I was met at the airport.. driven in a nice merc taxi van. Met at the hospital which is immaculate and fab staff. Had tests in the evening and morning before having my surgery at 10am. Dr Volkan is a great guy and will see you 3 times in total. When I awakened after the surgery the pain is intense due to the gas the put inside you for the surgery but this soon goes away. The key is walking to eleviate the pain. I am so glad I chose Dr Volkan and in 3 weeks I have lost 2.5 stone and I am wearing clothes that haven't fitted me in years. Go... change your life... What a fantastic experience which will change my life for the better. Hospital is 5 star - staff are all very professional and your every need is catered for. Interpreters are on hand morning to night and they are just wonderful. Luxury transport from airport to hospital and same on return journey. Surgeon is best in his field. Vi un anuncio publicitario en Instagram y procedí a llamar y desde ese momento las buenas vibras se sintieron. Me respondieron inmediatamente y desde ese momento hasta que salí del hospital todo fue excelentemente bien. Agradecida con todo el personal en especial del Doctor y Linda. Pueden ir con toda confianza acompañados o solos como vi muchos que hicieron, estarán bien atendidos en todo momento.

Ich bin seit sieben Wochen operiert worden und bin wirklich zufrieden mit allem drum und dran zudem Personal super nett,auch der Fach Ärzt, weiß was er machen muss besnoders die Begleiterin Frau Götzen und wenn es sein müsste würde ich gerne wieder dort operieren! Ich Kann nur weiter empfehlen

I think that the reception at the hospital was great. There were a lot of tests before the surgery that had to be done. During all this all the staff was very nice. Although it was kinda tiresome to answer the same questions several times. The surgery was quick and painless except for the drainage. The nurse that removed it was very gentle so it didn't hurt when he pulled it out. The only negative thing I can say is that is was hard to sleep an entire night because of the nurse coming to take the bloodpressure several times. Although I understand why it was still a bit annoying. The thing that made me give 5 stars is the coordinator. You get a designated coordinator that help you through the process and also help in translating. Even though I was the first patient that my coordinator, Merziye, had she did an amazing job. I had my surgery in the beginning of July and I can still text her if I have any questions or concerns.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Die Organisation war perfekt. Ich wurde äußerst gründlich vor der OP untersucht, ich fühlte mich stets sehr gut aufgehoben. Die Betreuung durch Gözde war hervorragend! Sie war stets erreichbar oder an meiner Seite, wirklich großartig! Auf jede Frage wusste sie eine kompetente Antwort. Alles Medizinische war sehr professionell. Ich kann die OP hier nur empfehlen. Das einzige kleine Minus war der Lärm nachts auf der Station und die Störungen ( um 23 Uhr Thrombose Spritze, um 1 Uhr Blutdruck Messung). Ansonsten war alles perfekt und hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen

The hospital is like a 5 star hotel, clean and you have everything you need. I had my surgery on 24/05/2022 and that was my best decision and best team to choose. If I have to choose again always will be Dr. Volkan Arayici and his team. Thank to all Merziye, she held my hand all the way. I have been struggling with my weight since long . A friend of mine had bariatric surgery from turkey and I saw how much of an impact it had on her life . seeing her positive results motivacted me to do my research . But i was nervous and anxious . One fine day I came across Dr Volkan’s page and sent a message then got a response back right away from Mev ( Doc’s assistent and cordinator ) Mev calmed my fear of having the procedure. I never felt alone during this process even after the surgery. I had to wait a few months because of lockdown but Mev was in touch with me all the time with updates and information related to flights and booking . I finally had my surgery done last week . Now when i am back Home and Think about last couple of days i realise how smooth and easy this has been Thanks to Mev , doc volkan and team . Mev has been there for me since day 1 , from to plan my surgery to make sure i arrived and picked up , got my tests done , get done with surgery.

At first I was not very clear about it, but I decided ... the trip was very good and the treatment at the clinic was 10, in my case there was a complication, but it was resolved well and now my life is normal ... happy and motivated by the change of life ... 100% advisable

I was at first sceptic to do this in a country where I don’t speak the language. But wow this package is a fantastic deal. I was picked up at the airport by Mev ( fantastic guy) he looked after me 24 hours and organized everything just brilliantly. He provided an ubelivable good service for me but also to my wife who did join me in this journey. We could not have been in better hands !!! The Dr. did a job hardly any pain and very small scares after two days I felt already good and after 5 days Mev took me sightseeing. I went back to back to work after a week and now 10 days after surgery I feel great and kid 8 kg already. Dr., Hospital, Nurses and Mev. translator all super friendly, competent and accommodating!! I strongly recommend this procedure to everybody who wants a fresh start in live. Ask for Mev he is the best!!! Thank you my friend hope we meet again!

Recently returned from Izmir after having gastric sleeve surgery, I was treated really well from start to finish. Collected from airport and taken straight to hospital, lots of tests done to ensure that I was fit and well for the surgery. Dr Volkan is fantastic, puts your mind at rest as does Mevlut, his assistant. There’s no language barrier as Mev speaks fantastic English, he is on hand at any time night or day during your stay. A quick WhatsApp message and he will organise anything that you need. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this life changing surgery. I’ve only had my surgery 7 days ago today and I feel fantastic and have already lost a significant amount. My advice would be get it done, you won’t look back.

I was booked into another hospital for my gastric sleeve operation surgery but due to my medication they said they couldnt do it even though they knew before hand they told me the night before that my surgery was cancelled Looked on Facebook and messaged mev who borrowed a car to come and collect me at 11pm took me to there hospital ozel medidema hastanesi. Arrived at hospital got some sleep in the morning had all the tests done i needed and met with my surgeon dr volkan who managed to fit me in that day for my surgery. The after care was amazing and mev was there to translate for me as im from Scotland. The hospital staff were 1st class got pain relief when needed. I even taught them some Scottish words lol. If it wasnt for mev driving to pick me up from the other hospital i would have had to return with no surgery. I cant recommend the surgeon and all the medical team here.

I flew to Izmir on the instructions given with no problems. When I arrived I was treated well and always checked. The team led by Mevlut is reassuring. Surgery was perfect with no complications. Came back to England and currently enjoying the journey.

What can I say only my experience from beginning to end was absolutely fantastic. My translator Mev was always there for me , & his response time by phone was almost immediately if I had any questions & I had plenty! Dr volcan was a complete gentleman & spoke English. I put my complete trust in him. I was worried how I might be after the surgery & especially on returning home but I genuinely had very little pain. Anybody who is hesitating about making a decision for a gastric sleeve just go for it . It’s the start of a new life for me I can’t wait. I would highly recommend Dr. Volcan & his team . So professional & cleanliness is unreal .Top class nurses also.

Couldn’t recommend Dr Volkan enough. From start to finish the whole process has been great. Kaan was my go to contact and he was so helpful and informative before I travelled. When I arrived at the hospital I was so impressed with the thorough checks and examinations that were done before the surgery. I felt so calm and comfortable and in very safe hands. Dr Volkan is fantastic at what he does and is a very friendly great guy. I have since lost 3 stone in 9 weeks so far and feel fantastic! So happy and Kaan still keeps in touch regularly to make sure I’m ok and not having any issues which I’m not. Couldn’t recommend enough
