I had surgery with Dr.Gencer 3 months ago. I came for surgery and the process was really smooth. I booked my surgery trough Hulya who is his international patient coordinator. When I arrived to Istanbul I had a consultation with Dr.Gencer and he explained all the process, he was communicative and I felt he understood what I needed and wanted. The hospital is just luxury! And the nurses were attentive as well, even if they didn’t spoke English they were by my side when I needed help. I didn’t experienced any type of pain, the recovery was very easy and I went alone. Dr. Gencer is very attentive trough instagram too, which I like so I can have direct contact with my doctor. If I had doubts or I needed help he answers within hours. You don’t need to worry about the incisions as they are hidden in the scalp and in some months they won’t be noticeable. This surgery was really important to me and I’m happy I choose Dr.Gencer as my doctor. ALL the process was painless.

The doctor really knows what he is doing. I am really happy with the result. I went to another clinic before, but it wasn’t that great. Dr. Mehmet Gencer had to fix it and I look amazing. Thank you dokter Mehmet and his staff🙏🏼

I would like to start of and say how amazed and happy i was with the service and operation that was provided for my mum . Before coming to turkey for my mums operation Aslihan hanim was amazing, she explained everything clearly step by step of the procedure that was going to take place. She even went out her way to personally meet my mum on the first day as my mum came alone.. Once my mum met DR mehmet she had so much faith in him and straight away knew he was the dr for her to make her feel beautiful again.. i would like to say thank you to you all for changing my mums life and making her feel whole and beautiful again.. even though in my eyes she was beautiful..☺.. you and ur team are the best and i would highly recommend you.. thank you for taking good care of my mum..❤

I Received one of my most desire and important face procedure (surgery) from Dr. Mehmet Gencer and his team. It was not easy to find a good doctor whom I could trust my health, my beauty, my money and who I’m willing travel to from another country and it took me two years before I finally found Dr. Mehmet Gencer who made it all happen for me. I was treated really nice and when something bothered me Dr. Mehmet Gencer made sure to take my worries away so I can go back home happy and looking pretty. Docteur Mehmet Gencer, un vrai médecin aux doigts de fée. Je peux que le remercier il m'a changer la vie j'ai repris confiance en moi suite à une chirurgie raté de la part d'un autre chirurgien, cela fessait 1 ans que j'accompagnait plus ma fille à l'école. Mais grâce à ce chirurgien Dr. Gencer j'ai repris confiance en moi je peux que le remercier des résultats. Un vrai chirurgien a qui on peut compter sur lui les yeux fermés. Un chirurgien hors norme je le conseille à toutes les femmes allez-y yeux fermés.

I has a revision super cat eye surgery done by dr. Mehmet Gencer. It was 10 days ago, and I'm very happy with the results already! Absolutely love it! Dr. Mehmet is very professional, easy to talk to, and understanding. He answered all my questions, he knew exactly what I wanted to achieve and he made it. He is the best doctor. His team is amazing, very friendly and helpful. I came for my surgery from Poland. Before I came to Istanbul I has an online consultation, I sent the video of my face and explained what I wanted to achieve. Everything was explained to me in details. I arrived to Istanbul, had my face to face consultation, and my surgery was the next day. After the surgery I stayed at the hospital 1 night, I was very well cared for, and even my mum was allowed to stay with me at hospital in my room. Then I had a control visit and stitches removed after 5 days, at dr. Mehmet's clinic. The clinic is beautifully decorated, I just had to take some pictures.Highly recommended!
