This was my first time seeing a dentist outside of Canada. I was nervous about going but wanted to get my teeth cleaned and have a filling checked. The staff are so friendly and professional here. Dr. Gunel was very gentle and did a great job. I was very happy with the experience and will return again if I should need more care when I am in Turkey again.

My fahters comments on the visit: Exactly one month ago, during my stay in Beldibi, I visited the "Markasya" dental clinic, which I found on the Internet, and I can honestly say that I did not regret being a patient in that clinic. First of all, I was very surprised by the kindness of the entire staff, from Dr. Binnur to the secretary of Mr. Muhlis, who met me at the airport and drove me directly to the clinic, where an image of my teeth and the entire oral cavity was taken. According to the agreement, on the first day, Dr. Binnur explained to me what would need to be done and immediately started grinding the 5 front lower teeth, as well as preparing for the upper bridge of 3 teeth, on which zirconium crowns will be placed. I immediately received provisional crowns, and 3 days later I also received fantastically beautiful zirconia crowns, which I was proud to show to my relatives and friends.

I arrived at the clinic nervous and unhappy with a crooked smile that had been part of my life for 30 years plus. Having proper dental phobia it wasn't an easy decision to make but knew that I needed to do something. A friend recommended Dr Binnur and her clinic and I am so glad that they did. From first meeting my host Muhlis everything was explained and no question was too daft or too much trouble. The hotel arrangements done for me and I couldn't have asked for a better location with just a short drive to the clinic on the days my treatment was needed. The drivers were always prompt and made sure I got to my appointments. The whole team at the clinic put my mind at ease, from the girls behind reception and the various dental assistants who were at times genuinely worried about me. Finally the dentists, Dr Binnur and Dr Cemre, both worked with me even though at times I was petrified. By the end of my time there I was joining in with the music and trying out my Turkish phrases

I thought it was going to be a painful process because I was really scared of root canal treatment. Thanks to qualified dentists, there was no pain even after the procedure. I can recommend everyone ☺️
