I live in USA. I found Lenus clinic online. Ever since I approached them to ask about the procedure and their services they have been extremely helpful and approachable. They answered all my queries patiently and explained the entire process clearly. Everything they said and promised before the surgery was exactly how it all panned out. In fact it was to the T, no surprises whatsoever. Surgery was smooth and very professionally done. Everyone in the clinic, the surgeon, nurses, hospital coordinator, patient care taker, all are so warm and genuinely care about you. I opted for the diamond package and it was so well worth it. For those of you who are on the fence, I suggest you take the plunge and go for it. You will not regret it. I highly recommend this clinic as you are in good and safe hands. I am extremely satisfied with the overall service Lenus had offered during the whole process of my hair transplant. They were punctual from the time I landed in the airport, taking me to the hotel, to the clinic and dropping me back at the airport. At the clinic, all the staff including the doctor who attended me were friendly and excellent especially Mert explaining me each step during and after the procedure. He is always in touch with me after the procedure during the recovery phase giving proper advice. My overall experience was great, and I would recommend Lenus Clinic to everyone.

They explain all questions and resolved all doubts once I had arrived they received and treated me with so much care. Surgery went perfect and process smoothly. They even came to check on me to my hotel. Maxim and Emily made this experience amazing they took care of me the whole time and genuinely care about my well being! This has been one of the best experiences I’ve ever had while visiting Istanbul! I am extremely grateful for the wonderful service I was given including transportation, accommodation, etc. All the staff were super friendly and made me felt welcomed! I felt very comfortable to talk with them and they were able to answer any questions that I had in mind. I want to special thanks to Mert @ Lenus Clinic for making this all happen and memorable! He was very easy going and was able to provide anything I was needing during this trip and he was able to help! He made sure everything was taken care of during this whole process. Lenus Clinic is a must place to be. The team is highly welcoming and all the promises they made before I arrived from the states was highly fulfilled. From hotel reservations, to airport pick up. I was totally skeptical about going halfway around the world and having a procedure done but I could not be happier with my experience at the Lenus Clinic. From the beginning they have over communicated, and when I showed up in Turkey, everything was exactly as advertised. All of the transportation was flawless and on time.
