After doing alot of research on the gastric balloon abroad i decided to go with Istanbul Obeisity Centre. The team were quick to answer any questions, worries and concerns. To name, Melisa and then being transferred to John, who would reassure me as i was a nervous wreck. I can’t fault the service from the team especially John. Dietrican Aylin has been very helpful too, from how i was feeling when balloon placed, she reassured me with facts and cheered me on. From start to finish my journey has been great, from transfers, hotel and hospital clinic.

My procedure went well, mustafa was really great from picking me from the airport to the hotel and back to the hospital he really assured me and took a video of my procedure, the nurses were great and Dr was very professional overall i would thank everyone for the care and support

My journey at the Istanbul Obesity Center, where I underwent a Gastric Sleeve procedure, was nothing short of exceptional. The experience was not just good; it was a deeply fulfilling and appreciative one. The hospital itself was impressively clean, creating an atmosphere of trust and comfort, which was particularly crucial for a medical journey of this nature. The staff, I must say, displayed the highest level of professionalism throughout my stay. On the memorable dates of 26/2/2024 to 28/2/2024, I was admitted at 8:00 a.m. From the very moment I walked in, the receptionist warmly welcomed me, taking the time to explain the entire procedure. Knowing that I was about to undergo a Gastric Sleeve, this explanation provided me with the reassurance I needed. It's worth noting that every member of the staff was exceptional in their own right, ensuring my comfort and well-being at every turn. One individual who deserves special mention is Marco. His assistance was not just helpful.

I have just got back home from receiving my 12 month gastric balloon, everything was organised and taken care of for me. I was worried and nervous beforehand but there was nothing to worry about. Now I can’t wait to see some results

I had the gastric balloon done. They were very friendly and took good care of me. The procedure in itself was easy and very straight forward. The communication with the care coordinators was really good and prompt. I would recommend the clinic for sure.

I visited the clinic to get the Gastric Allurion Balloon. The staff were very professional and polite.. they were very attentive and put me at ease. The clinic was very clean and provided everything I requested and needed! Would recommend!

This was one of the best experiences I ever had. From the first time I talked to Melissa on whatsup since I met Erdem who took care of me in Istanbul! They always answered my messages and clarified my questions so I could feel more safe. Since I made the procedure for gastric ballon(less than 1 month ago) I lost around 7kg and i feel very good, I don’t even feel the ballon anymore at this point. Really want to thank the entire team for everything they made for me!

I got the Gastric Balloon with a different company and I had a bad reaction to It, they refused to help me remove it and advised I double the dosage of the medication prescribed, after 1 week of having the balloon I could no longer carry on, Istanbul Obesity Centre agreed to help me out in an emergency, they made arrangements for me within hours and organised a doctor to remove the balloon implant the next morning. I believe they saved my life. Thank you to the medical consultant Melissa who went out of her way to help me. I am so grateful, unfortunately I spent money on this procedure but I’m happy I feel like me again and was able to receive medical care before going back home.

I had my gastric balloon insertion with this company. Overall very good service from start the finish! Couldn’t of been more helpful if they tried. Myself and 2 friends came out from the UK together and each one of us is happy! Awaiting my removal later in the year, however the surgeon used was fab! I was terrified as I always am with any kind of procedure but he made me feel some what as ease. I have recommended this company to different people.

Had my gastric balloon fitted last sat and the service was fantastic. Clean hospital, attentive, surgeon was very thorough. We had transfers Which was prompt and Melissa was always there to help 24/7 by phone if we had any questions etc. would definitely recommend as was a very pleasant experience. We came from the U.K. so was a little nervous but was made to feel at ease. X

Well just back from my gastric sleeve procedure in Istanbul and can not fault the service from arrival. All the staff encountered were extremely helpful. The surgeon was fantastic and very approachable as was dietitian.

I came to have a surgery and everything went better than expected even! in my case my recovery was very good! the team, the nurses and the doctor were really good, in my case I am very grateful Melissa has given me a lot of confidence from minute one!💕
