Am 29.12.23 habe ich mich einer Haartransplantation bei Istanbul Hairline unterzogen. Der Erstkontakt erfolgte durch Frau Azra, die mir umfassend alle Details erläuterte und geduldig auf alle meine Fragen einging. Das Team vor Ort empfing sowohl mich als auch meinen Freund äußerst freundlich und war durchgehend zuvorkommend. Nach der Festlegung unserer Haarlinien und der Blutabnahme begaben wir uns in die äußerst sauberen Operationsräume. Dort wurde ich von einem Assistenz-Arzt sediert, und die Entnahme der Haare wurde von Frau Rüveyda durchgeführt. Nach etwa 10 Minuten erwachte ich ohne jegliche Schmerzen. Während der Operation sorgte das Team für Unterhaltung durch Fernsehen oder Musik und legte sogar eine Decke für ein angenehmes Einschlafen bereit. Nach Abschluss der Haarentnahme gab es eine Pause, während der ich mein Mittagessen erhielt.

Сделал пересадку волос в начале января этого года . Клиника супер ,персонал вежливый , на все вопросы отвечают . После пересадки волос всегда на связи и объясняют что и как делать . Результатом не могу делится так как недавно только пересадили . А так все супер .

Very good clinic with super nice staff Azra was always at my side and took great care of my well-being, which she still does today. 1 month after my operation, she writes to me on WhatsApp how I'm doing and gives me instructions on how to do my hair thanks azra 🙏🏼

When you go somewhere for a service, there are obvious expectations as to the quality of service you will get. More often than not, it is safe to say those expectations should be kept realistic and somewhat reserved. When I met Muhammed, I was not prepared for the level of professionalism, personal care and attentiveness I received in regards to my individual journey through the entire process of my operation. This man took all my calls and answered all my questions and concerns at any time of day or night, to ensure I was comfortable and informed. I am not used to this level of service and was absolutely blown away by his commitment to my satisfaction. On the day of the operation, my pre-op preparation and surgery lasted from 11am to 2am the next day. Muhammed stayed with me for the entire time, leaving only to get something to eat. Even then, he made himself available on call if any issues arose.

Edna Clinic and/or Istanbul Hairline is a superb establishment. The doctors and assistants explained everything thoroughly before the procedure. My rep Muhammad was very supportive and responsive to any questions and concerns I had. I highly recommend this clinic.
