the whole process is very slick, safe and professional. From the initial discussions with a UK rep, to booking, paying, travelling, admission and onwards, everything went like clockwork. I was told what to expect and my expectations were met. The nurses were great, my surgeon amazing, sometimes visiting twice a day. I was kept very comfortable in a very clean room (also cleaned twice a day); I felt very safe and looked after. When recovered and medically fit, I was allowed to stay at a hotel for the night before flying home. My husband also came with me as a companion and he was also impressed with the hospital and team, and the process. I am a nurse in the NHS and know what great looks like, thank you

I’m not long back from my visit from Ekol and all I can say is I had the most wonderful experience with them. I had rynoplasty with Dr Baha Sezgin and honestly can’t believe how amazing his work is I absolutely love my new nose so much and he is very talented and a caring person. All the staff and nurses will go above and beyond to make sure you’re taking good care of there all so kind and sweet. The hospital itself is really good so much better than the ones in Uk it’s very clean and comfortable and the food they give you was delicious. Also the Hotel Ekol will put you in after your treatment is completed was beautiful and it’s situated in the centre of Izmir so you get to explore the beautiful city. Thank you so much Ekol use did an awesome job.

Had my sleeve surgery on 26th August 2023. Had lots of tests carried out before the surgery and I have since been sent all of the results in English. Every single member of the staff in the hospital that I met were friendly and helpful. They were all lovely. My Surgeon was Dr Omar Yoldas, he was fantastic and came to check on me. The surgery went great with no problems at all. My 3 wee scars have healed nicely too. If I have any questions I WhatsApp them and they respond. What a great experience I had. I booked through Ismail, he even came to visit me several times, what a lovely guy he is! I highly recommend anyone who is thinking about getting a sleeve to go to EKOL.

They were helpful from the start and still today wen I am bck home,I got 4 star treatment when I got der,,I really recommend Ekol hospital to anybody thinking of making the move to get treatment,,,trust me it was a great experience ,,,,and I am so happy with my results 😊

Hi my name is Shirley Williams I am based in the uk Cardiff ! I had my gastric sleeve I. The 09/09/23 first 2 days wet a bit oh god what have I done but once that has had cleared I was great and the 3 day gas had gone sickness had gone and I was feeling better than I had in a number of years ! The absolute professionalism of they surgeons nurses translator is out standing and the Heath checks they do in you is amazing you don’t get that from your own GP ! I would have no hesitation recommending ekol sada hospital/s to anyone who is on the fence wanting to change their life for the better and is worried ! DON’T. JUST DO YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT ! From my initial contact at the Cardiff Road show with my surgeon Dr Arif Aydin I was made to feel at ease and well looked after. I was informed and explained to at all times the procedures I was going through. So happy with the outcome and everyone and everything, well recommended. A huge thank you to all the staff and especially Dr Aydin Can’t wait to come back in December.

I was in ekol hospital and I have to say the staff were absolutely amazing to me, English was very good. The doctors and nurses where in all the time checking to see if I was OK. Some of my friends and family will be booking in soon. Lainey was absolutely amazing answered phone calls, texts as soon as I sent them. I would highly recommend if your booking anything to book through lainey she's amazing. Over all the hospital was spotless couldn't fault the hole experience from start to finish.

The whole process start to finish has been brilliant. From the WhatsApp conversations with 1 million questions, thorough to aftercare so far, couldn’t honestly ask for a better group of caregivers to look after you. I had the sleeve with Dr Kavak and I saw him every day I was in hospital. The international nurses and the care team all supported with any questions worries and follow up! It’s a very nerve wracking experience however the team do everything they can to make you comfortable during your stay, Thankyou so much. Highly reccomend

Just arrived back from Ekol after receiving gastric sleeve surgery performed by Dr Riza. I had a fantastic experience all hospital staff are lovely and cannot do enough to help. Hospital is lovely and clean and well equipped. The only thing I would advise people to do is book your surgery with an English rep as I went through it with a Turkish rep and was meant to move into the VIP suites for my last 2 days and this didn't happen and after I inquired her attitude changed to not so helpful but everything else was lovely and can only praise the staff for a great experience and would highly recommend anyone thinking if getting it done to go for it.

Reached on early Monday morning on the 27th . Gone straight to get tests done , bloodtest, xray, ecg and all. Staff is absolutely caring, they have international nurses as well they all brill. Dr was awesome everyday he visited and before the surgery he came to see me and also explained the surgery procedure in details . Hotel was also top and aftercare team and nurses come visit you there every morning till you there . Transfers fro Hosp to airport and airport to hosp was smooth . Big 10/10 💯

Couldn’t of went to a better place for my gastric sleeve, the nicest people. A bit of a language barrier with nurses but other than that a brilliant experience from start to finish. Glad I went with Ekol.

From the get go my rep was attentive and remembered to put things in place. The lady I met at the hospital had a jolly good vibe and took me for my test like going shopping so I almost forgot I was there for surgery. All staff were attentive and checked in approximately.My surgeon was friendly,attentive and very humble...

I had a stomach sleeve in June. After spending 5 days in hospital when I wa moved in a hotel I was able to do shopping to have long walks around the City (Izmir). All the nurse were super friendly and professional I had no pain and no care was needed when i come back to UK. I have only 3 small(1cm) scars and I received the medication for the 3 following months which helped lots

Excellent, professional service. I came to EKOL alone, albeit 73yrs old lol, for breast augmentation revision + uplift in March 2023. I had my original implants done in Malaysia in 2006, so we're overdue being changed. I was extremely well looked after & cannot fault the care I received. Their WiFi meant I could WhatsApp call my kids & grandkids for free - reassuring them & keeping them in the loop. I can only speak from my own personal experience, but I would recommend this Medical Facility to anyone. I was a double qualified nurse for 40yrs, so would recommend them on a professional level too. I was quite unwell after my gastric sleeve and my after care was fantastic. My Surgeon came to see me twice a day every day until I was well enough to be discharged. I would definitely return to this hospital if I wanted any further treatment.
