Would definitely recommend this clinic for a hair transplant, all the people were great and made it a very pleasant experience!

I have recently visited Este Prime Clinic and the whole process was first class. All transport to and from the airport, hotel and clinic is included. All transports were on time and all drivers helpful and courteous. The only small issue here is that the driver at the airport was hard to find as the board wasn't the biggest. The hotel was very nice, clean and tidy with really nice food at good rates. The actual process was made as pain free as possible and everyone at the clinic was professional, friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Hilal, my interpreter, who helped booked the operation. She was there whenever needed and was very helpful in what could be an overwhelming experience for some. She was fantastic.

My father had his FUE transplant on 25th May 2022. From the collection from the airport to the hotel they chose the service was excellent. The treatment itself was painless it took approximately 6 hours everything was explained well, a great after service provided by the clinic, all the staff were very helpful. Would highly recommend using this clinic if you are loooking for a hair treatment. Hoping the results will be as good as the service although the clinic does provide a guarantee that within a year your hair will be back and will never fall out.

This whole experience has been amazing. The procedure was almost entirely painless. The staff is more polite and professional than any other company I have even been to. Hilal is the woman who put everything together from me for my arrival from the United States. I was picked up from the airport and brought to the beautiful hotel the first day. I could could on and on about the hotel as well. Just incredible and the US dollar goes a long way here in Turkey. The best morning I was picked up again and brought to the clinic. Not even 10 seconds after walking through the door I was already sat down and the process began. No pain and 8 hours later my operation was done. Got another ride back to the hotel. Stayed the night again. Was picked up this morning and brought back to the clinic for a cleaning. I was treated immediately when I walked in by smiling Hilal. Cleaning process was quick and felt good. They give you products to take home as well ! Wouldn’t have had such a good time.

Este Prime clinic has outstanding from start to finish. Anyone who wants to get a hair transplant I would highly recommend Este Prime. I just want to say a big thanks to the team who done the transplant and a very special thanks to Hilal she has been so amazing from the very start from getting in contact with the clinic, to now I’m home in London. She a real asset to the team. Thanks

The patient coordinator Hilal is a true Lady. She is an asset for this clinic. She went above and beyond customer service standards. She answered my endless questions from 3 months before i travel for operation to this moment. When i arrived to Turkey, She guided me to do covid test, getting HES code, public transporation, local guidance and so on. She follows up in a daily basis to make sure i dont have any issues or questions post op. Thank you Hilal and Thank you este prime for your top quality service. I highly recommend to future patients

IT's been 2 months since my operation. Growth is slowly starting and I am confident of a good result. The whole experience at Este prime was great. No scaring from the donor area either, even after 5K grafts. Thank you Este prime. I will update again when I have a full head of hair <3

I have just finished the hair transplant of 5000 grafts! Words are not enough to show my appreciation with the entire team and attention they gave to me and the process. The entire team was extremely capable, patient and carrying, always with a smile on their faces ready to support you! You just feel all the confidence and you know the results are going to be awesome! Absolutely recommend them, I have spent a lot of time researching and without a shadow of doubt I can state it was the best option I have made. If you get in contact with them, make sure that you talk to Hilal, she is absolutely incredible and will take care of you at a level you cant even believe it's possible! Hilal is the personification of the team spirit and I'm so happy that I have my trust on her and went to the hair transplant with Este Prime! Thank you all for everything, you guys were awesome!!!!

This is by far the best hair clinic in Istanbul. From the moment we got there to the aftercare the service has been awesome. The clinic is better then UK Standard and the doctors and staff members are very attentive and really take pride in their work. The lady looking after me Hilal was amazing a asset to the company and her customer service and professionalism was perfect, nothing is ever too much trouble for her and she still checks up on me now. Mr Erdal very professional and arranged everything from times and pick ups all via WhatsApp and prompt. Dr Yusuf very professional and listens to patients for the best result. All in all go for it and rest assured these guys are to UK standard if not better. Happy days!!

Rigtig god sted at lave hår , vi var tre der tog derned sammen , vi blev hentet fra lufthavnen til vores hotel og der var styre på det hele . Vi fik rigtig gode behandling og jeg mærkede ingen smerte under behandling, de yder en rigtigt gode service og jeg er super tilfreds. Vil helt sikkert anbefale den til andre.
