One word. Incredible. I have just returned home from a 6 night stay in Egepol hospital undergoing my Mummy Makeover procedure. Incredible experience..From the communication with Selin, the coordinator who has the patience of a Saint with such an anxious solo patient, to the amazing translator team - Berrak and Cato - I feel like I’ve made friends for life. They did everything they could to go above and beyond to make me feel welcome, cared for, and genuinely a unique person- again with admirable patience. The nurses were fantastic, made me feel so cared for and had a lovely relationship with some of them despite not speaking the same language. Constantly checking in on me and adhering to my concerns if I had any.

I am Sheikh Ali Qasim Al-Faifi, a businessman coming from Saudi Arabia to Egepol Hospital in Izmir to perform a sphincter prothesis operation with Prof. Dr. Zafer KOZACIOĞLU I was admitted to the hospital on March 04, 2023, and the operation was performed successfully, thanks to ALLAH, and then with the efforts of the medical staff, headed by Prof. Dr. Zafer KOZACIOĞLU, I am pleased to have the chance to thank those who completed the recovery during my stay under the medical facility, which is distinguished by its medical, administrative and technical staff.

The hospital is general is great. The medical treatment is professional and friendly. But, as a foreigner I want to say my biggest thanks to the teams of translators. Victoria made a lot to make my visits as comfortable as it could be.

The hospital is very modern and clean. The service they provide is outstanding. My whole experience was made so much easier with the excellent translator team. The nurses are very good and doctor Alli is amazing. I would 100 % recommend getting plastic surgery done at this hospital. You are treated like a individual and not just another patient.

I had a surgery at egepol hospital 3 week ago. It was an overall good experience. The hospital is clean and the doctor and nursing staff are nice and helpful. Especial thanks to Cagatay and Mohamed. they manage to be with me all the time while I was in the hospital. They were attended all the time while I was examined by the DR and also helped me a lot before, during and after the surgery. They translated my symptoms and needs to the hospital staff professionaly, shared their contact with me and I was able to reach them all the time and get a very quick responses from them.

The hospital provided a translator who helped us navigate every aspect of our treatment. She helped us register, check-in, navigate the hospital, she translated communication between us and the doctors, and helped us set future appointments. We felt so welcome at the hospital, and experienced wonderful care.

I honestly love the staff and the way I was taken care of was absolutely amazing like a royalty. Doctor was amazing will be going backfor sure.

I left Egepol, where I came as a companion with my friend, with many treatments. While my friend's rhinoplasty procedure was excellent, I got to observe the hospital's services. Both surgeons who performed the smile aesthetics and botox on me did an excellent job. My purchase's information was thoroughly discussed by the medical expert. Because of the way my teeth looked, I was reluctant to smile around other people. I'm currently departing Izmir with a great smile on my face. Thank you so much to the entire Egepol family for this magical touch!

I was on a vacation in Turkey last summer and met with Cagatay in Cesme. He told me that he is working on a hospital called Egepol and maybe I should have an eye examination. Since my eyes are short sighted and having some troubles while im reading I decided to have an intraocular lens replacement surgery with the recommendation of eye doctor Mr. Emrah. Within whole process Cagatay was with me all the time, we became very good friends in couple of days. Doctor Emrah's care was absolutely perfect. Thank you guys for everything you will be missed.

I've had Gastric Sleeve Surgery at Egepol in 2022, almost a year now. I've lost alot of weight even tho it's been hard to adapt to the diet. Cato helped me a lot to keep following my program. Thanks for that Cato ! And see you next year in Antalya !
