I regret choosing Dr. Umut for my revision rhinoplasty. He assured me of his experience with revision procedures and thick skin, but I feel misled. Before surgery, he confidently told me he could make my nose 30-40% smaller and even provided a simulation to confirm the results, which reassured me. However, the surgery didn’t turn out as promised, and now he says my expectations are unrealistic. My nose is bulbous, crooked, and has an exposed wound in the columella, which has persisted for 10 months. Specialists believe it’s due to surgical complications, and I’m at constant risk of infection and necrosis. Dr. Umut won’t provide a clear answer on what I want & what he can do, and communication has significantly decreased. His lack of empathy and failure to address the issue directly have eroded my trust. This experience has devastated my life, career, and health. I’ve requested a refund and compensation for my next surgery, as I’ve lost faith in his ability to provide the proper care.

Je me suis faite opérer du nez (rhinoplastie secondaire) il y a à peine 2 mois et le résultat est tout simplement magnifique. Je suis hyper heureuse d'avoir fait cette opération, finalement je peux respirer correctement et esthétiquement je suis très satisfaite de la forme de mon nez. Chirurgien très professionnel, minutieux et à l'écoute de ses patients. Je ne regrette absolument pas mon choix, et vous le recommande vivement. C’est un chirurgien très humain, digne de confiance et qui met très à l'aise ses patients, rendant la chirurgie beaucoup moins stressante. Merci beaucoup dr.Umut! Vous avez changé ma vie pour le mieux ✨ D’autre part, les infirmières et son assistante sont très sympathiques et elles viennent compléter à merveille cette super équipe. Avec l'assistante un très bon contact, suivi avant et après l'opération avec une politesse irréprochable, un sourire et une énergie très positive, un grand merci pour tout Aysegul 🌷.

Truly amazing experience. Flew back home 7 days after surgery. Did not have any pain and it was definitely less scary than I thought. The doctor, nurses and Aysugel were very professional. They guided me through the whole process and made my experience as comfortable as possible. Now it has been two months and I never felt more confident. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family. Thank you

100/10🥰! I am 2months post op and i am very happy and satisfied with my results even tho i still have swelling, i seriously dont have ONE bad word to say. Doctor Umut was veryyy nice, very humble and extremely skilled, he listened and delivered the exact result i wanted and fixed my breathing as well. The clinic itself was super clean and the nurses were very nice and attentive. Last but not least i HAVE to mention his assistant Aysegul, an angel!!!Pure angel👼🩵I was alone on the day of the surgery but still felt so safe because she was always there with me.The after care was and after 2months STILL IS immaculate, she still checks up on me and gives me advices, responds extremely fast and so nice..I have no other words for this person except that she is kindest person i have ever met. Burun ameliyatı yaptırmayı düşündüğüm süreçte araştırırken tanıdım umut beyi alanında en iyi doktorlardandı yaptığı burunları gördükten sonra çok isteyerek ve güvenerek süreci onunla tamamlamak istedim. Ameliyat ve sonrası sorunsuz ve ağrısız geçti. Şu an ameliyatımın ikinci ayında olmama rağmen tam istediğim buruna sahip oldum. My experience with with doctor Unut erdogan and his team has been so amazing and I am BEYOND happy with my results so far, I’m grateful that i did my thorough research and that he was my choice. Making the choice to go abroad for this surgery all alone was a massive decision and it takes a big emotional toll on you, but Aysegul looked after me so well during the post operative care. I was operated on by doctor Umut Erdogan last week. I am very satisfied, he made a nose that fits my face exactly how I wanted it. During the process I was helped by his assistant Tugce. I could text and call her all day long if necessary. she is a great woman, she reassured me a lot and I didn't have to stress about anything. Furthermore, I definitely recommend Doctor Umut Erdogan. he is good at his job and knows what he is doing. I am 2 week post operation and I am absolutely in love with my nose already😍 it is truly life changing! Dr.Umut and his assistants (especially Aysegul) have been amazing! I was not sure which doctor to choose as I felt like every doctor was just agreeing that they can make the changes, but Dr.Umut named every part of my nose and point by point explained what changes can be made to suit my face. I traveled from Germany, I was very nervous and scared but after meeting Dr face to face and explaining everything in more detail I was 100% sure with my decision and super excited for the next day. The day of the surgery I was nervous again but before I knew it it was done! 1 week stay in Antalya and I was ready to go home happy :) My experience and results were better than expected! Today I removed my second cast and I got in touch with my new nose. I literally love it. Just 11 days after my surgeon my nose is amazing. Is not a painful process, just a bit of swallow and livid appeared but they are nearly gone. Dr Umut is a very skillful professional and made my dream come true. Asygul his assistent is a real angel. She is caring, reassuring and is always available! The whole team was very nice and caring. I really recommend this clinic. Seeing the result I would do it 100 times. Thank you very much ❤️

About two and a half weeks ago I had surgery here and I love my nose so much already. Dr. Umut Erdogan did literally exactly what I asked for. He’s seriously such a talented surgeon. Everybody was so sweet at the clinic and his assistant Aysegul made me feel so cared for and comfortable she was there and reassuring me every step of the way. She’s an absolute doll! It was truly just an overall positive experience for me and everything I hoped for. Thankyou so so much. So grateful!!!

2 weeks ago I had rhinoplasty carried out by Dr Umut Erdogan. The doctor carefully listened to the changes I wished to make and advised me on what changes would suit my profile. Doctor’s assistant Aysegul has been actively providing detailed information on aftercare, and stays in contact after surgery which is quite reassuring. The whole team, including nurses have been kind and had a gentle approach.
