I visited Dr. Sermin’s clinic last month due to some problems I had on my face and I’m more than happy with the care and professionalism I received there. She listened to me and explained everything in detail. I had Q switch laser treatment done for a discoloration I had on my cheek and started seeing the progress in a few days already. She was gentle and caring throughout the process. I had check up appointments after the procedure and it was a pleasure to visit her every time. 🤗 Thanks to her expertise, I’ve got my confidence back and I’m a much happier person. Highly recommended!!! 🏼

It was a pleasure to visit dr Sermin twice. She is the best and most caring dr I have ever seen. I travel from USA to do my skin treatments in Antalya just because she is the best Dr. I wished I had lived in Antalya so I could have visited this office more often. My mom also travels each time with me to do her regular skin care and she says she only feels comfortable with Dr Sermin. We did injections and laser treatments. The results are great. We will be back again soon.

We are so grateful to Dr Şermin Filiz for promptly assisting us in our difficult situation, she took our cause really seriously! My daughter had caught chicken pox while on holidays in Antalya and was refused boarding at the airport on our way home, even though she was no longer contagious. The next day I contacted Dr Şermin in the morning and she gave us an urgent appointment despite it being her day-off. She wrote a certificate that convinced the airline to allow my daughter on board, and we managed to get back home on the same day. Besides, I was impressed by Dr Şermin expertise and professionalism. She speaks very good English and provided us with plenty of relevant information by referring to published research. But her genuine concern and empathy for patients is what really stood out to me!

Frau Dr. Sermin Filiz hat sich viel Zeit genommen für meine Beratung und ich habe mich von der ersten Minute an gut aufgehoben gefühlt. I had botox injections in my forehead. I really like the result, my forehead is now smooth and facial wrinkles are gone, but at the same time I can use fully my facial expressions (the result is very natural). I was very impressed by Dr. Filiz's professionalism. Before the procedure, she asked about my expectations and explained in detail about possible treatments, techniques and possible results. Moreover, she is just a very sweet, kind and empathetic person. I am a rather shy person, so it is very important for me that the doctor creates a comfortable, safe environment for his patients. Dr. Filiz exceeded my expectations! I will definitely return to her office for other procedures.
