Trotz meiner sehr kurzfristigen Entscheidung, am Vorabend, die HT nicht durchführen zu lassen, hat Dr. Hakan höchst professionell und verständnisvoll reagiert. Es wurden mir keinerlei Kosten berechnet, obwohl die Absage sicherlich Umstände bereitet hat. Dieses Verhalten zeigt seine enorme Professionalität und seinen Respekt gegenüber den Patienten. Am Tag nach der Absage hat mir Dr. Hakan sogar eine kostenlose Beratung angeboten, die ich gerne angenommen habe. Diese Beratung hat meine Meinung über seine Kompetenz und die hohe Qualität seiner Arbeit noch weiter bestätigt. Die gesamte Organisation – von der ersten Beratung in Luxemburg über regelmäßigen Austausch bis hin zur Reise nach Istanbul – wurde durch seinen Partner und Haartransplantationsexperten Clemens

It was a very pleasant stay for me in the clinic. I felt very comfortable there. The whole team of Dr. Hakan was very accommodating and took very good care of me all the time. I can recommend it to everyone.

I had a very good experience with The Dr Hakan Clinic. They provide a good service and ensure that you feel comfortable and safe, and there is also good communication by always asking if you are satisfied with the actions that are performed. what I also really like is that after the operation the contact between me and the clinic does not immediately disappear or even decreases. I have always been able to reach them if I had any concerns or other questions and they respond very quickly and clearly. they really give you the impression that they wish you the best result and don't suddenly leave you on your own. Overall amazing experience. Starting with the diagnosis process in the most professional way. Continuing on the day of the transplant, there was a detailed explanation of all the steps and the nature of the transplant. Great treatment and happy with the results of my hair transplant, done with care and professionality. During the entire process, the guidance was very clear and the necessary details are sent right after. The friendly attitude of everyone involved has made it a time to remember.

everything was clear from the start. the doctors explained to me clearly what to expect. otherwise the anesthetic was only pain. everything else went well. after the treatment, everything was clearly explained again from both the contact person in the country and here.

Perfect, Dr. Hakan's team is at the top, the team is caring, she took good care of me from start to finish. When I have a question, they listen and always give me the best advice. Honestly, this is one of the best clinics in Istanbul if not the best. We feel comfortable and they are enormously kind. Everything went well, they picked me up at the airport, during the operation they took care of me as needed and there was always a driver for the various clinic hotel and airport hotel transfers.
