I first enquired via WhatsApp and Yasin is absolutely amazing - available to answer any questions I had anytime of the day. He made the online consultation and booking so easy. Clear instructions are given as to where to go for airport pick up before I travelled . Transfer was in a private VIP vehicle which took me straight to the 5* hotel. The following day was my procedure where I was picked up from my hotel in the VIP vehicle to the clinic. The clinic is immaculate and has a very high standard of hygiene. Excellent customer service from Cengiz who explained everything to be prior to the procedure in detail. He translated everything for me throughout the day - although the doctors do speak and understand basic English well. Throughout the procedure. Cengiz and the doctors were always asking me if I was ok and if I needed anything (toilet, food, drink). The day after the procedure Cengiz arrived at my hotel and demonstrated how to wash my hair. He is fantastic and very thorough.

This is an honest review I'm from Ireland. I was very nervous about coming here. I think I changed my mind about 30 times before the flight over haha . But as soon as I landed the car that picked me up was amazing then the hotel and then room was sooo nice staff ect did everything. They Evan upgraded me to a better room. So the second day was still very nervous got picked up the staff were very caring really put me at ease made me feel calm. The hospital it self is very posh very clean sat down and chatted sighned a few forms talked about my what I wanted . The doctors and nurses where so nice . I had about 3 doctors . I didn't feel any pain at all 00000 pain . Which made it a lot better I fell asleep about 4 times I think I was snoring haha we took a break they had lovely food in the hospital turkish kebab that I really wanted to try as I was in turkey . Then finished the appointment . Sat down talked about a few thing back to hotel. Feeling 1000 happy next day washed my head gave me

From my initial inquiry I was made to feel at ease, all of.my questions were answered promptly , the response was very fast. From giving in my flight details everything else was arranged Hotel was amazing Arjaan by Rotana, big apartment staff were great and a lot of people there that had had surgery so you didn't stand out or feel out of place. Transfers were very promp and on time. DIAMONDS OF HAIR staff on the day of surgery were excellent made me feel at ease talked me through everything I had 5000 grafts only bit of pain I felt was the initial numbing of the donor area after that not a thing it's been 5 days since the transplant and no.pain I have medication that was given to me.to bring home with clear instructions. I couldn't recommend DIAMONDS OF HAIR enough. Just looking forward to seeing the results now.

I had looked a several places both in the UK and Turkey, I have to say that I made the right decision to use Diamonds of hair in Istanbul. Everything was smooth, transport was clean and reliable the clinic was exactly as you see it online and the staff were amazing. I am now at day 11 and the results are amazing. If you are seriously considering do it then I would highly recommend this company.

The whole experience was amazing from the first message the staff have been there anytime I need . They sorted the hotel and the transfer from and to the airport and from clinic . The surgery was painless and the doctor's explained everything perfectly

I’ve just returned to the UK after having a hair transplant at Diamonds of Hair. The whole experience was amazing, from the transfers and hotel, to the clinic and everyone working there. I was made to feel welcome as soon as I arrived for my consultation on the first day, and was looked after throughout the whole procedure. If you are considering a hair transplant, contact diamonds of hair!

I highly recommend Diamond’s hair clinic for their professionalism, their follow up, and their reactivity to my questions and requests prior and after the surgery. I was very well taken care of since me and my wife arrived in Istanbul, and I can only thank them for that. The clinic is very trustworthy and the team are experts in their domain. Just one word “perfect”. Everything was perfect. First of all transfer - VIP transfer in limuzine was great. Hotel was very nice and with very nice staff and food. Meeting with doctor and His team was very profesional and they explained every detail of my surgery. During the surgery I felt comfortable and safe. I can Just recomended clinic Ps: 2 of my friends will make reservation for hair transplantation too.

Everything was exactly as they promised. The communication was amazing. VIP transfers were amazing. Hotel was amazing and then the team couldn’t do enough to give me a pleasurable experience during my transplant. They explained everything to me every step of the way and made me feel very comfortable! I was actually that comfortable I slept for 5 hours during the procedure! Cannot recommend them enough!
