monos customer relations went above to help me get my surgery. i agreed to extend my stay and they chased the airline for me to get the return fight extended, it was cheaper than a new ticket. All staff from mono and the hospital were lovely and a lot of english speakers. the translators Mohammad and mustafam we’re especially helpful.

Amazing experience!! Ayperi was my direct contact before I visited the Mono Clinic. She was extremely helpful and such a sweetheart! Mustafa was my patient coordinator and was with me every step of the way at the Mono Clinic from arranging transportation, attending consults, and making sure everything was perfect before surgery and throughout my after care. All of the employees and surgeons in this clinic went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and got exactly what I wanted out of my procedures. I treated myself to a once in a lifetime cosmetic surgical procedure and chose Mono after a personal recommendation from a friend. My experience was everything I had hoped for - a result far exceeding my expectations thanks to Dr Ersoz, the amazing Bursem, who coordinated my experience and the fabulous Cemre who was always on hand to help with absolutely everything from the hospital to the hotel, to shopping and sightseeing! Mustafa was very nice, helpful, delightful, cheerful and had very professional excellent customer service communication. I appreciated the doctor, the entire staff in the clinic and everyone that assisted me in one way or the other. I will come back to mono clinic and will refer more people.

I just used a gastric sleeves with mono clinic. My experience with them was amazing. The clinic is so clean and the doctor’s experience is on a different level. Mustapha is an angel on earth. He was so helpful to me and my husband. For sure I’m coming back for mummy make over.

I had a hair transplant from Mono Clinic. My experience was wonderful and the results are amazing. I only wish I had done this earlier in my life. The same procedure would've cost a lot more in the UK. Emir was very kind, professional and his english is excellent. I would definitely recommend Mono and their staff and if I need anything else I will definitely be choosing to return to Mono.

I recently had a gastric balloon procedure at Mono clinic and I would like to thank the entire staff for such an amazing experience especially Selin who was always there to assist me and answer every single question I had. I didn’t even for a moment felt like I was away from home but I felt as if I was in my home country though I was away from South Africa. Keep up the good work Mono & Selin, you guys are the best.

All the staff at Mono were extremely helpful and attentive, particularly my patient coordinator who was there if i needed anything at all. The clinic and hotel was lovely and clean, with staff who were ready to help round the clock. I’m very happy with the results that i have after my surgery, and my surgeon gave me exactly the result that i asked for. Overall a lovely experience and would highly recommend.
