As Dutch tourists we were travelling a few months in beautiful Turkey. I broke my upper front incisor tooth having had for 40 years a crown on it.
Passing by Bursa I sent a whatsapp on Sunday and was welcomed Monday morning by Dr Kerem and his very kind team. This service does not exist anymore in our country. After precise examination and rapid diagnostics including a CT-scan, Dr Kerem proposed a treatment plan, well explained, calm and friendly. Impressed by the clear explanations including the alternatives full confidence grew towards this Klinik, Dr Kerem and his team. Dr Kerem could start the tretament the same day! Unheard of elsewhere! After two days we could continue our overland-travel, now with an implant of the highest quality and expertly inserted, a bone graft, and a temporary crown. No pain, no complications at all.
Dr Kerem answered whatsapps patiently and three months later I returned to Bursa for control and insertion of the E-max crown.
