I had planned to have my sleeve surgery on January 15, 2022. Initially I was very nervous about starting the procedure done in a foreign country, but the whole experience from start to finish was an absolute pleasure. All the staff there were absolutely wonderful and totally understandable and comforting. After meeting with the surgical team and dietitian on the day of surgery, I felt comfortable and peaceful. I couldn't have wished for a better experience overall with their wonderful team and 10 star service and I would highly recommend them at a drop of hat! I have lost more than 20 kgs 3 months after surgery and continue to lose weight. Best decision ever and best clinic choice to help me on my journey! Thank you B&G.

Arrived home 1 hour ago from having a gastric sleeve with B&GHealth Clinic. The whole experience was fantastic. The surgeon Dr Erdem Nalbant is a very experienced surgeon, he's a lovely man. Great experience and such kind, lovely, caring people.

From the moment I booked my procedure until now the service received has been incredible. We arrived at the airport to be collected and taken straight to the hospital, we always had a member of the team with us, and everyone was so kind and no question was too much. My partner came with me and he was treated with such kindness. The hospital is just like a 5star hotel, it is lovely. I had my sleeve on the 1st September and so far have lost nearly 7 and a half stone, if you are considering changing your life by having this operation, don't wait just do it!! I honestly with my hand on my heart cannot recommend BG Health Clinic Turkey enough. Thanks once again to the team.

Gastric Sleeve Surgery I had gastric sleeve surgery at BG Health Clinic as a result of my long research on the recommendation of my friend. They picked me up from the airport in an excellent vehicle and took me to the hospital. The team at the hospital made me feel great. My room was perfect, very clean and comfortable. It was like a 5 star hotel. My surgery was perfect. All the staff were very nice and always willing to go above and beyond to help. Pain relief was always available without any problem. Staying in the hospital for 5 nights made me feel safe. My journey from start to finish was coordinated by Bilci, who was very reliable and kept his word. Very very professional people. They visited me constantly. I will come back for cosmetic surgery in the future. The clinic was very well equipped with all medical supplies. Very high standards of cleanliness, my room was cleaned several times a day. I have no problems so far and I recommend BG Health Clinic 1000%.

From the cleaners who keep the place spotless, the admin staff who are your first port of call being the most organised, communicative, kind, helpful people I have ever come across in my 60 years of customer service, the front of house staff, again organised, helpful, informative, the taxi drivers, polite, courteous and always on time. Then we came to the nurses, surgeons, dentists who have such fantastic, awesome skills. It’s an incredible experience that takes away all of the worries and leaves you feeling amazing with the most wonderful teeth, pain-free and totally affordable. I just got back from sleeve gastrectomy from BG Health Clinic and I highly recommend it, it helped change my life. The service and treatment I received was fantastic, from booking to flying to the nearest airport with the lovely Bilgi who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what to expect with my procedure. We were put in a luxury car from the airport and taken straight to the hospital, booked and taken to our beautiful private room. The hospital is immaculate and our beds were changed daily and the room was cleaned twice a day. The nurses who took care of me and my mom, in an amazing place it was not too much trouble for them and they really made sure we were taken care of and I was checked in every 20 minutes after the surgery. Thank you so much for looking after Bilgi, you made our stay wonderful and I will miss your smiling faces and hugs every day.

I recently had breast augmentation surgery at BG Health Clinic on October 20. I am very happy with the support I received from day one, my patient coordinator was very informative and helped me answer all my questions. I had my surgery done by Doctor Melih, who was wonderful and caring and attentive, he listened to what I wanted to achieve and gave me the best advice on what would be best to achieve the results I was after. The team at the hospital before and after my surgery went above and beyond to accommodate my place and I can't blame them. Overall I am very happy with the care I have received from everyone. Stop your Research!!! I did it for you... Read below please. I researched for gastric sleeve procedures in Turkey, for over 3 months. I had a very hard time with understanding the responses (which I received 3 days later). I found Bilgi who finally answered me, and in 1 week finally my surgery was booked and so was my flight. She was very informative and responded to any inquires I had within 5 mins. She cares and always asks and checks up on her patients. This isn't just her job it is her passion. Go with Grand Medical Hospital, Manisa Izmir Turkey. The team is awesome. Dr. Osman visits his patients 2 times a day. He makes sure he delivers the best he can so you reach your healing within its stages!!! I would definitely go back for any other procedures in the future!!!
