I have been treated by Simona for a year now. She is just such a beautiful human being inside and out. She takes her time to treat/ comfort/ explain you and really takes the effort to treat you as best as possible. I have learned so much about ayurveda, food, Turkey, life. I also did a retreat in Fethiye in december 2024. The retreat was very relaxing/ calming. Actually the whole comination of food, treatment and beautiful places she brought me to visit was super. I feel so blessed to know/ met her. No doubt her treatments are very good, but she is much more that that.....

I did 7 days Ayurveda retreat . It was the best experience I have in Fetiye . Professional doctors and perfect hospitality, feel like home. I will come back for sure 🤩

Simona ile kendisine şifa olmuş bir arkadaşım vasıtası ile Nisan ayında tanıştım. Benim için zor bir dönemdi. Sağlımla ilgili ciddi bir sürecin içindeyken arkadaşım Simona ya da görünmem gerektiğini söyledi. İlk başta bu hastalığa nasıl şifa olabilir ki endişesi yaşarken "ne kaybederim ki diyerek" Simona ile ilk görüşmemi yapmıştım. Bu kadar şey kazanacağımı düşünmezdim açıkçası. Yediklerimizin nasıl hastalıklara sebep verebileceğini veya bizi bir çok hastalıklardan koruyabileceği, enflamasyonun beden için ne kadar sorun teşkil ettiğini ve sadece yemek değil kendi öneminin ne kadar kıymetli olduğunu da Simona ile başladığım yolculukta öğrenmeye başladım. Yıllardır ne yaparsam yapayım veremediğim kiloları da bu süreçte hiç zorluk çekmeden verdim. Kendimi çok daha iyi hissettiğim bir dönemin içine girdim. Tüm doktorlar bana ciddi hastalığın var derken o bana sen hasta değilsin demişti. Umarım hep haklı çıkar. Bu süreç içersinde güler yüzü ve sıcaklığı ile de desteğini hiç esirgemedi.

I have been seeing Simona for a while now. She has been treating my estrogen dominance..All I can say is that she is absolutely amazing!!!!. Extremely knowledgable and professional. When I first started seeing Simona, my gynae wanted me to have a hysterectomy. Simona treated the root cause of my condition, and when I went back to my gynae, i didnt need the operation anymore. Simona is so hands on and caring, she is always available if you need help or have any questions. I am so grateful to have met such an awesome person

Simona is very knowledgeable of all things Ayurveda with plenty of experience to pull from. You can really feel her knowledge, and her office is very homey. She knows the path to sound health and she can identify where you are in your journey and what needs to be done very quickly. I highly reccomend going to her office to connect with her one on one. Her wisdom will rub off on you and will bear the inspiring fruits!

My life has changed since I received her therapy. Although not all my problems have been resolved yet, I can feel my energy returning. I used to feel lazy about getting to know people, but now I enjoy meeting new people. Regarding language, which is a very important point for foreigners, she is a native English speaker. You won't have to worry about anything in this regard. I highly recommend her.

This was the only dietitian advice that was actually personalized to me. I didn't know much about Ayurveda, but after the consultation it all made sense, giving a system and framework how to think about my own health and wellbeing rather than just a list of foods. Thank you for your help and care.

When I took an appointment last year, I had limited expectations. The 4 months of small changes improved my health so visibly that my friends, family and colleagues still talk about it !! I avoid posting reviews but this is an exception.
