I was booked in to have the Gastric Sleeve surgery. Michael organised everything and I was in contact with him throughout the planning process. I had undergone open heart surgery 9 months prior. I asked him to make sure that the surgeon would perform the surgery knowing about my prior surgery. He reassured me that he had checked and all was okay by the surgeon etc. upon arrival, I had to meet with a cardiologist who told me I could not have the surgery because I wasn’t 1 year post op from the heart surgery. Michael failed to seek approval from the cardiologist prior to me booking my flights but he assured me that he did. Tests were conducted prior to meeting with the cardiologist of which I had to pay for, only to be told that I couldn’t have the surgery. Very poor service and not very thorough with their planning. Will never use them again

Had a wonderful experience, bilal, najd and nahla was very helpful with translating Turkish to Arabic they were with us in every step and made sure we got the best service possible either from nurses nor doctors. Mariam has also helped us and was the one who guided us to this clinic and was super helpful

I had a wonderful experience dealing with Amazon Clinic the two times which encouraged me to cooperate with Amazon clinic the second round. I highly recommend this clinic from the kind and useful service to the wonderful and knowledgeable doctors and nurses. Very helpful translator and assistance from Bilal as well as Roleen my consultant was very kind and helpful with every detail and information.

If you are thinking of having any surgery, do not hesitate and contact them! I underwent a rhinoplasty through this clinic, and it was more than excellent! I didn't complain about a lot of pain, and everyone was interested in me being satisfied with everything. Speech alone is not enough and I am not the only one who praises them, but there are many. I extend my thanks to all the medical staff, and I thank Rolin and Nahla in particular, with all due respect 🙏🏽

Hello, I booked with Emily and she was truly amazing. Her team was amazing and did everything they could to make sure I was taken care of. I was so nervous about going this far for surgery but they really calmed my nerves. I have many requests and they did everything to make sure I was taken care of. My doctor and his assistant was amazing and patient. Turkey is so beautiful and my blood pressure went down when I arrived. The prices are great.
