The treatment was excellent. The consultant spoke English very clearly. Car parking is very poor.

Fantastic from the time I entered the reception I was treated like a human being and directed to the correct departments and they told me where to sit and that I would be called to visit the specialist the rest went like clockwork if only all medical centers and hospitals were as good this one.

I had a consultation about liposuction. IMED were the only ones who got back in touch with me. The staff was very friendly and the specialist was very helpful in answering all my questions. He was also very honest and advised against liposuction and have a tummy tuck instead for better results as I have excess skin. My surgery appointment will be in October. For the operation, they also offered me financing if I needed it. All very professional!

I had an appointment for my hip and knee with Juan Carlos Ferragut Bría. His personal assistant was Olga who was with me all the way through in order to translate and to take me to the necessary examining rooms. Dr Bria was totally professional, calm, compassionate and I immediately had great faith in him. I had xrays for my hip and an MRI scan for my knee. Both had problems but not sufficient to operate. Therefore, in my opinion Dr Bria was being professional and not just looking for clients. His prognosis was clear and concise and although I still have pain he was able to assure me that operating would not change that for the moment and so he advised on what I could and couldn't do in order that I don't exacerbate the damage. I came away positive in the knowledge that should it get far worse I would very happily go and see him again. Highly recommended from start to finish.

My hip replacement operation on the 1.12.2015 went extremely well, no problems at all. Spent 5 days in Benidorm IMED Hispital, which was excellent and then follow up appointments at IMED Teulada, which is almost on my doorstep. Both clinics were very good, clean, bright and don't smell like Hospitals. The staff are really nice from reception to X-ray dept and then the Dr Ferragut. I chose IMED because I paid for my operation myself 12500€ and I wanted the best value for my money, which I think I got.
