Have been going to Dr. Ewen Chee for more than 1 year for pico laser. The treatment and his advice on sun protection/skincare have greatly helped my hyperpigmentation. Lovely chats during each session as well! The clinic is very clean, professional. No hard selling from any of the staff, doctor included. I highly recommend this place for pico.

I’ve had acne issues since 12 (I’m 27 now), been to multiple dermatologist and refuse to take accutane having heard drastic effects. Decided to try laser/micro needling at Chelsea clinic where Dr Chee recommended the Morpheus8 micro needling treatment and was very confident and reassuring over the improvments I’ll see over 6months. Hence, I started the Morpheus sessions in June and now (Nov) to be honest, my skin did not see drastic improvements. Improvements was so minor such that the scars and pimples are still very obvious and growing. He has shown me results of people with improvements and his explanation had reasonable medical depth hence not stating that treatment will not work for everyone, just did not work for me. Furthermore, some of the receptionist were not super polite during my first visit, didn’t feel very good though it improved subsequently.

I've been to Chelsea since my younger days about my 20s for regular skin maintenance. They are reliable and boost my confidence each time they help to fight away my acne days.

My second visit to The Chelsea Clinic. Strongly recommend Dr Chee for his professionalism and dedication, and also not forgetting Felicia and Sherry for their friendly and prompt service. 👍👍👍

Do look for Dr Chee if you are looking for a trustworthy and reliable aesthetic doctor for advice on treatments. No hard selling and only advise what treatment is required for your issue. A big thank to Dr Chee for treating my issue and my skin looks flawless and elasticity .

I have tried other treatments before sticking with The Chelsea Clinic for over ten years, the place to go for skin related issues. Dr Chee is very professional and patient ! Worth mentioning that each visit is well taken care of by great support staff with excellent service too!

The doctor are patience and have good aesthetics sense

I chose this clinic as it wasn't as flashy and extravagant as other clinics in the area, there was easy access to this clinic and it was more lowkey and understated. The staff were very polite and the clinic was highly organized and seemed to be well run. This was despite it looking slightly shabby and not glamorous Dr. Vanessa was non combative during the consultation and explained the procedure to me very well. I have had to delay my treatment but my experience at this clinic for my consultation was very good.

It was my first time to visit Dr Vanessa Phua.She was accommodating and put you at ease. Dr Phua was very friendly and professional at the same time,explaining the procedure as we got along. I felt comfortable and satisfied with her treatment. I would be glad to visit Dr Phua for further consultations. The staff was very efficient . They were helpful.

I attended the treatment to inquire about having a tattoo removed. I paid a $107 consultation fee after meeting with Dr. Phua for 4 minutes. She was very nice, but gave me information that I already knew such as it will take a few sessions to have the tattoo removed, etc. I found out that one laser session will cost $800 for my tattoo, which is all black (easiest colour to remove) and is about 1 1/2 inch by 1 inch. I wanted to post this as I find the ad is misleading, given it states that tattoo removal begins at $380. You must have a very small tattoo for that price. I suggest to maybe ask the nurse at the front desk what laser really begins at before venturing in to see the doctor. It was my fault for not doing this. I hope this helps others to not leave feeling you just threw away money.
