I've been going to Alaxis for the past few months for pico and fractional lasers and I must say I'm very impressed by the great level of service, care, dedication and attentiveness that is demonstrated by Dr Donald Ng and his team. As lasers (esp. fractional laser) involve bleeding and pain, the medical team has went out of their way to ensure that my discomfort is minimised while at the same time ensuring that results are not compromised. After the 2nd laser session, I can already see visible improvements to my complexion and I'm really glad that I've chosen to place myself in the care of Dr Donald Ng and his team.

The clinic was referred to me by a friend. My first experience and subsequent engagement, have been positive. The doctor is attentive, thoughtful, and patience. He is responsive to my queries, prior to recommending the solutions. The clinic also provides regular maintenance services, where the routine benefited me greatly. The staff are friendly and diligent. I would recommend this clinic to friends without hesitation.
