I had a truly horrible experience with this clinic that has had a hugely negative impact on my life. I booked keyhole surgery for hernia repair. I was to have my surgery at 6.30pm. I arrived at the clinic 5.30pm and was shown to a room where I waited for 5hrs without anyone coming near me.
Eventually, the surgeon arrived (Dr. Szewcow,). His English was very poor, a few words, maximum. He mentioned a repair method I hadn't heard of, but assumed it was keyhole. After he left, I grew a little concerned, so I asked a nurse to go ask him for details in the hope she would come back and translate for me. Instead, he came back and spoke Polish to me again.
Why i didn't cancel, I will never know. I, of course, should have, but I had travelled far to get there and I literally had minutes to decide.
In the end, they did open surgery. A more painful operation with a much longer recovery. I have spoken to two different consultants since my operation and both have said, considering my

First of all, Dr. Shevtsov was not alone during the conversation with you about the surgery, because I was personally present at this conversation.
