After encountering scheduling issues with another surgical center, I called the Tijuana Bariatric Center to see if they could accommodate my original surgery date and flight schedule, even though it was only six days away. Their team was compassionate and understanding. Very easy to work with. I sent them everything they needed and I was on a plane before I knew it. The surgical experience was also wonderful. The CER facility was spotless, and the staff was kind and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any friend or family member interested in weight loss surgery.

Very responsive to questions leading up to surgery. Everything went great and the staff and Dr. Garcia were top notch. Super clean and nice hospital. Surgery went great, minimal to no post op pain. Post surgery lots of aftercare from nurses and a quick hello from the doc. If you are wanting lots of affirmation and hand holding from the doctor, this is not for you (referring to medical tourism). Dr. Garcia was professional and reassuring. For me it was perfect. Well run organization with great reputation. Would highly recommend!!

I wish I'd done this years ago. Surgery was easy. Recovery is going quickly. It has only been 2 weeks, an I'm down 30 pounds, sleeping better at night, and feeling fantastic. The medical staff was competent and professional, and the whole process was easy. Thanks, TBC.

I was sleeved on 4/5/24. The team at TBC was absolutely amazing, we had a few hiccups at the hospital but Dr.Garcia and his team made it a priority to make sure my trip was a memorable one! I highly recommend Dr. Garcia and his team at TBC! Also Jazmin and Atillia went above and beyond!

Dealing with TBC has been an amazing experience. They go up and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and well taken care of. I had Martha as my coordinator and dealing with her was so easy. She answered all my questions and kept me from panicking about the little things! The staff at the hospital treat you better than any staff at the Canadian hospitals! I never knew health care could be so great! Thank you so much to my Team at TBC and to Dr Marcela Ramirez.

My entire experience went better than I expected. From the car service, to the staff at the hotel and hospital, everyone treated me so well. The hospital and staff was excellent! Dr. Garcia answered all my questions before and after the surgery. I was immediately walking within two hours post-op and had ZERO complications. The only regret I have is I wish I'd done this sooner! I'm 110 pounds down and 2 years 9 years post-op. I'm 44-years-old now and have never felt this amazing in all my life!
