Dr. Barrera was kind and professional. He took a good deal of time explaining everything to me and the work was relatively painless. His assistant, Nancy was so nice. And then there is Bryan, Dr. Barrera's very capable PR person and assistant. He was absolutely awesome. He arranged our hotel, made sure we were taken care of and made sure we knew where we were going. He even entertained my husband while I had my work done. It really was a great experience.

Eduardo Barreda DDS. Is an excellent dentist. He is mindful of the patient’s needs, patient, and present. He explains the processes in detail and is very knowledgeable. I had 26 teeth extracted this past week. I opted to be awake for the entire procedure. It was amazing to watch as Dr. Barreda gently and mindfully removed each tooth, and worked diligently to clean the area and properly treat the area where the tooth was taken from. I witnessed the competence of his staff, and each were well trained in their duties and knew what was needed at the time it was needed. Dr. Barreda was also knowledgeable in the amount of time the local anesthetic would take to block the pain from the procedure, and worked diligently to ensure the entire procedure was completed within this time so that no unnecessary pain would be experienced. I highly recommend Dr. Barreda and NIU Dentistry to anyone wishing to have dental work performed. I don’t know that a better team and a better dentist could be found.

I highly recommend NIU Dentistry to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate dentist. I had a great experience at their office, and I am very happy with the results of my dental work. The dentist is very knowledgeable and experienced. They took the time to explain my treatment options to me in detail, and they answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly. I felt very confident in their abilities, and I knew that I was in good hands. The dentist is also very gentle and compassionate. They made sure that I was comfortable at all times during my procedures. I have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist, but they put me at ease immediately. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcome and appreciated. Overall, I had a great experience at NIU Dentistry. I am very happy with the results of my dental work, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate dentist.

We went to Los Algodones mainly for dental work: implant, wisdom teeth extractions and calvity fill. We googled searched and found the 3 best rating dentists in town as well as one recommended by a family friend. “Niu Dentistry” stood out once we walked in we got to meet Brian, Nancy and Dr. Eduardo, they are very nice people. We were very impressed by how professional they were, we can see clearly from their digital imaging how our teeth’s situation was even when we were only asking for a quote. When I saw that I only had 3 wisdom teeth not 4 that other dentistry said, we decided to go with “Niu Dentistry” for our dental work. We are very happy with how everything turned out, great service and reasonable cost. Highly recommended!

Brian at the front desk is awesome. He always responds to phone calls and emails and is so efficient and friendly. He goes above and beyond to help. Dr Eduardo is wonderful and explains everything very well. We love going to him. They are also very affordable. We highly recommend them.
