Pros: Knowledgeable medical team- Prioritized concerns- Answered all my questions, and never felt rushed- Wonderful front office staff- The treatment rooms are small, but I prefer the privacy compared to an open floor plan where multiple patients are only separated by a few feet. As a tourist it's important to stay aware of your surroundings, that being, the location felt safe. I stayed at a hotel around the block, and walked back and forth. Cons: Never received a follow up call, or email with my X-rays, as expected- ( This is very disappointing to me, especially when the doctor sets the expectation.) No additional gauze was provided after tooth extraction- They are more expensive than other practices south of the border. They charge for various things that in my experience have been standard practice, such as: 3D digital imaging.

I’ve been to many dentists in California and can honestly say that this is the best dentistry I have ever been to. From my first visit Doctor Azalea has been a strong support for motivating me to continue my treatment. There is no judgement and only encouragement (while giving me details about why the work needs to be done). The prices are about half of what it costs in Los Angeles and they accept many US dental insurances. There is a parking structure next to the building that has very affordable valet parking. I highly recommend this place and plan to continue coming for years to come.

Thank you to Dr Jacqueline and her team!!! They made me feel very comfortable! I recommend contacting them via whatsapp, they are very quick to respond and are very helpful with any questions asked. Compared to US pricing I saved 50% on my treatments which were urgent!!! Can’t wait to be back !!!

The front desk is efficient and respond in a timely manner. I was impressed by the state of the art facility. The Dr.s are very informative and friendly. I was so comfortable that I fell asleep while having my dental work done. I definitely recommend New Age Dental for all your dental needs.

If you live in the U.S. and are looking for a top tier dentist in Tijuana, this is your place. The have the latest technology to treat your smile and to create projections and 3D prints of what your treatment will look like. My dentist, Paola, has been amazing! She’s so knowledgeable and is always referring to the latest studies on teeth treatments. She’s also so kind and sweet and very honest when it comes to my own treatment ideas lol The prices are also extremely convenient if you’ve gotten estimates in the US. I’m completely redesigning my smile for a 1/4 of the price.

So far I have had a good experience with this clinic for my braces treatment. All the staff are very kind and respectful. My dentist Dr. Alejandra is very careful and always try to make sure I have the best experience at my monthly check-up. I feel so comfortable with her even though going to the dentist is not something I like. She also explains each step to take to improve my bite and smile.

After months of research I made my way to Tijuana MX this week to start my treatment plan. I was hopeful of course but also anxious as I have only 30year old memories from here. When I arrived to the beautiful medical building the New Age Clinic is in, my hopes soared. Dr Azalea spent 2 hours with me going over my teeth, bone and prognosis. The cutting edge diagnostic equipment was incredible .. she seemed knowledgeable and very competent. I felt completely cared for and relieved. They sent me for a big meal prior to stating the procedures. Dr Azalea started and was caring and gentle thru out. Dr David, a Periodontist, then did the Osseous Surgery on my lower jaw. The extensive work was done with the utmost professions and gentleness as possible. Both doctors were thorough in their explanations and treatment planning. The whole staff made me feel very cared for. As for the office and equipment.. beautiful, well cared care and exceptionally clean. I will be back next year.
