My husband got an FUT with Dr Hernandez around 15 years ago and the results were amazing, as well as her Staff and the way they treated us! The scar isn't visible at all and the hair remains til this day. Now we are back for a 2nd procedure, this time he's getting an FUE for a general touch up and we are so excited for the new results! Don't spend your time or money anywhere else, Dr Hernandez and her Staff are the best in town with very reasonable prices and the best service. Whether it's your first procedure or not, she's the one to go to!

I got a hair transplant here in 2017. Dr. Ana was so kind and her staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The facility was clean and professional looking. I even went back to get my stitches removed. Her and her staff treatment of me and their communication was so kind. This is not against her as a person or as a doctor. However the transplant she did on me was 100% failure. I am a Black female with traction alopecia. My hairline was basically nonexistent. The only positive surgery wise was the FUT scar was very thin and flat. However my hairline did not improve at all. If anything it got even worse becauseI had scarring from all the incisions but no hair grew. The result was completely heartbreaking. I basically lost about 2500 valuable grafts. paid thousands of dollars, took off work, and got a scar on my head for no reason. Like I said my hairline did not improve AT ALL. Basically the whole thing was a waste of time and money.

Great staff with smart, caring doctors, and a real family feel to this place. All of the interactions were top notch. I highly recommend the Neopel team!

Just returned from all day visit to Dr. Hernandez what a great experience. From the video zoom, the procedure to post very personal and its clear the husband and wife team care deeply about their patients and outcome. One day post-op and very. minimal swelling or pain. Nearly 3,000 grafts i would chose Dr. Hernandez regardless of price but the bonus is pricing is much more reasonable that southern cal doctors. Thrilled so far but hope to update in a few months.

I had an amazing experience at Neopel Clinic in Tijuana for my hair restoration. From the start, the doctors were super friendly, giving me plenty of hairline options and making me feel totally at ease. The clinic handled everything, from booking my stay to arranging transportation from San Diego, which made the whole thing stress-free. The surgery itself was smooth, and the doctors kept me comfortable the entire time. Everyone was so welcoming, and they even treated me to a great lunch! It’s only been four days, but I’m already loving my new hairline. :)

I have gone to both Neopel in TJ mexico twice and Bosley in Orange County once for FUE. The main differences was with Neopal you have the Dr. doing the procedure not a tech that you don't know their experience. I only went to Bosley for the convenience on my second round, but found that at 5x the cost I'll drive the 2 hours. Crossing board was easy and Neopel will pick you up if needed. Bosley is very professional and offices are beautiful, but the end of the day felt Neopel did a better job (with Doctors) at a much better priced. If you do plan on doing this procedure know if you have heavy hair loss it will take multiple procedures as you continue to lose your original hair.
